With the rapid development of science and technology today,the semiconductor industry has become an indispensable part of life and has become increasingly important.Semiconductor chip as a representative of the high-end manufacturing industry,it is one of the important factors to measure the comprehensive strength of a country,and is the core of the intelligent information industry.However,the network nodes of the semiconductor industry are more various and the relationship is more complex,in the face of the impact of unexpected events and changes of the international situation,the networks are easy to be destroyed.For example,in recent years the domestic semiconductor industries in the face of the trade war between China and the United States and the impact of the COVID-19,making the China's semiconductor industry market downturn,the semiconductor industries are suffered from many development bottlenecks and crisis is emerging.Nowadays,the primary problem facing China's manufacturing industry is to improve the stability of the semiconductor industry chain.Therefore,this paper based on complex network theory and hypergraph theory,and combined with the relevant data of semiconductor industry,constructs several types of semiconductor industry network models and studies their stability.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.The supernetwork of semiconductor companies was constructed and its topological properties were studied.Two models suitable for studying the stability of supernetwork were proposed,including the maximum number of connected subgraphs stability model and the centrality of the subgraph stability model.The simulation analysis reveals that the stability of the semiconductor supernetwork is better when it is subjected to random attacks than when it is deliberately attacked.2.The hypernetwork of semiconductor stock plate is constructed.In the simulation experiment,the stability of the hypernetwork is analyzed by using the coupled mapping lattice model,and the influence of parameters on the stability of the hypernetwork is studied.The experimental results show that when the hypernetwork is attacked deliberately,the structure of the hypernetwork is easy to change,and the efficiency of the network system is reduced.In addition,the parameters in the coupled map lattice model do not affect the sensitivity of the hypernetwork to attack strategies.3.The semiconductor stock price hypernetwork is constructed,and the hypernetwork is transformed into a line graph network and a 2-section graph network.The stability of the two networks is studied using the coupled map lattice model.The experimental results show that the external disturbance affects the sensitivity of the two networks to attack strategies.The work of this paper can make the more in-depth knowledge and understanding reality system,in order to strengthen the semiconductor industry network safe operation management to provide scientific theoretical basis,and raise awareness of networks control,and improve the stability of the networks,to study the stability of the semiconductor industry chain mechanism,provide support to enhance the stability of the industrial chain.
