Representation And Reasoning Of Clinical Diagnosis Pathway Based On ASP

The realization of computerized clinical path is an important content of medical intelli-gence construction and an important means to improve the quality and reliability of diagnosis and treatment.Studies have shown that Answer Set Programming has strong expressiveness in clinical pathway coding and effective reasoning ability in execution.However,encoding and processing uncertain knowledge is still a challenging problem towards pathway documents with a large number of textual descriptions.To this end,this thesis studies the representation and reasoning of diagnostic pathway based on ASP,focusing on the representation and reasoning of diagnostic criteria based on ASP.Headache is a common clinical disease.The third edition of the International Classification of Headache Disorders is the latest headache diagnostic crite-ria compiled by the International Headache Society,which provides a standardized diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of headaches.This thesis uses ICHD-3 as an example of clinical diag-nosis path to study the representation and reasoning of clinical diagnosis knowledge based on ASP.The main work and results include:(1)Study diagnostic knowledge analysis and diagnostic evaluation methods oriented to di-agnostic criteria.Design the diagnosis knowledge analysis process and the diagnosis evaluation process,and form the clinical diagnosis knowledge model including the di-agnosis knowledge analysis model and the diagnosis evaluation model according to the diagnosis knowledge elements of the clinical diagnosis path,combined with the Cogent knowledge analysis method.(2)Study the representation and reasoning method of diagnosis knowledge based on ASP.Design a method for transforming clinical diagnosis knowledge model to ASP,and realize the automatic generation of ASP coding for diagnosis knowledge analysis model and ASP coding for diagnosis evaluation model.(3)Design and implement a prototype system for headache diagnosis,and realize the above-mentioned ASP-based clinical diagnosis knowledge representation and reasoning tech-nology.Validate and test the technical methods proposed in this article on the basis of outpatient medical records using common diagnostic criteria for headache disease types.The ASP-based diagnostic criteria representation and reasoning method proposed in this thesis provides a way to realize the computer executable of the unstructured diagnostic criteria in the clinical diagnosis pathway.
