In the field of DNA computation,the hardware complexity of analog operations is much less than that of digital logic operation for achieving the same numerical calculation function under the constraints of given calculation accuracy.Because the digital logic operation and the computer binary calculation system fit well,so there are more experimental implementation tools and methods.This paper aims to combine the advantages of analog computation and digital computation,and to construct the analog and digital logic combinational computation based on DNA strand displacement reactions,which can be used to realize the computation of logic reasoning problems and Bayesian formula.The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects.First,division gate has been proposed using DNA strand displacement reactions.In addition,we reconstructed the other two elementary gates in our architecture including addition and multiplication gates.The simulation results were carried out by Visual DSD software to verify the feasibility and correctness of the basic gates mentioned above.Then,based on the elementary gates,the cascade circuit was developed by use of the DNA strand displacement reaction network.Furthermore,this cascade circuit was constructed through the basic gates in order to solve the Bayesian model.The simulation was carried out by the Visual DSD software.The computation results show that the DNA model constructed here is correct and feasible.Finally,combining the advantages of DNA analog computation and DNA digital logic computation,a 0-1 function was proposed to map the DNA molecular chain concentration to the logical value.Then,we established the basic AND,OR,NOT logic gates by use of DNA strand displacement reactions.A cascade circuit has been simulated by the Visual DSD software so as to verify the correctness of this DNA computation model.
