With the rapid development of computer software and hardware,the speed and capability of computer have been greatly improved.However,traditional electronic computers still have many limitations,which cannot be well solved for some large-scale problems(such as large-scale NP complete problems).In order to overcome the limitation of traditional computer,a variety of new conputing models are proposed,and biological computing is one of them.Biological computing has many branches,including molecular computing membrane computing and so onThis thesis will start from the basic knowledge of biological computing research,first introduce the relevant knowledge of molecular logic gate,and the basic knowledge of mathematical logic.Then we discuss a new computational model in biological computing called virus machine,we will show the implementation of elementary arithmetic systems based on the virus machine after introducing this model.Because the arithmetic unit is one of the five parts of the computer hardware system,is to perform arithmetic operations(that is,elementary arithmetic)and logic operations and other basic operations parts.It can be seen that these basic conputing systems are the most important part of the computer system,and also the most basic and important part of the research of new computing models.After introducing the theoretical research of the new computational model,it will introduce the computational model based on experiment,namely the design and experimental research of the combinatorial catalytic DNA logic circuit based on strand displacement and deoxyribozyme.This part not only involves the theoretical research of strand displacement,the characteristics of deoxyribozyme,the design of DNA logic gate,and the design of DNA strand sequence,but also involves the practical operations of experiment.The results of the experiment will be used to verify the feasibility of the DNA logic gate.Finally,the simulation of DNA logic circuit is studied.Firstly,the basic knowledge and code grammar rules of the simulation software about Visual DSD are introduced,and then the combined catalytic DNA logic circuit is simulated.At the same time,the application details of the software are introduced.Finally,the simulation results are analyzed and summarized.
