Research Of Highway Maintenance Management Information System Based On 3DGIS

With the rapid development of highway construction in China,the management difficulty and maintenance cost of highway and bridge structures are increasing year by year,and the maintenance task is becoming more and more heavy,which puts forward new requirements for road and bridge maintenance.The existing maintenance data collection methods mainly focus on inefficient manual on site investigation records,with high labor intensity,low detection efficiency,unable to share data,and serious waste of resources.With the development of spatial information technology,360 ° panoramic laser data acquisition technology greatly improves the collection efficiency and precision of highway maintenance data.The combination of high-resolution pavement panoramic image and high-precision laser data makes the identification of pavement defects information automatic and intelligent,which provides basic technical conditions for the construction of visual maintenance system.This article focuses on the collection and fusion of multi-source maintenance data and the method of constructing three-dimensional geographic information scene.Then,using the horizontal and vertical design data of highway on 3DGIS platform,the construction method and process of highway 3D model on 3DGIS platform are studied.Finally,based on c# and Skyline,and on the basis of original detection data system,expand the 3D road network geographic information and panoramic image information around the road,integrate the maintenance information resources,and establish a maintenance management information system based on the true 3D road scene.In the system designing function,it mainly discusses from three aspects:system overall design,database design and development environment.The system functions mainly include highway basic data management,highway technical condition evaluation,pavement maintenance decision analysis,etc.In the system,the whole picture of road network and maintenance route on the macro map can be overlooked,the distribution of road defected prone sections can be analyzed,the three-dimensional state of highway structural units and defect information can be browsed in micro details.In addition,in terms of maintenance data analysis,integrating the concept of preventive maintenance,carrying out research to assist in formulating maintenance planning and predicting road conditions can provide support for preventive maintenance.
