Comprehensive evaluation is a method to synthesize the various quantitative characteristics of the evaluation object.It can directly and effectively evaluate the complex data form.Therefore,it is widely used in the research of various social and economic phenomena.With the increasingly complex social development and the rapid development of science and technology,a new data form has emerged,which not only has interval characteristics,but also presents continuous function characteristics.Therefore,it is urgent to give the comprehensive evaluation process and method of interval function data for systematic analysis.Based on the comprehensive evaluation process of functional data,this paper constructs the general process of comprehensive evaluation of interval functional data,analyzes and compares examples with different methods,and proves the rationality of the form of interval functional data.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Starting from the basic steps of comprehensive evaluation of functional data,this paper puts forward the general process of comprehensive evaluation of interval functional data,that is,data dimensionless processing,discrete data functionalization,interval functional data evaluation model and interval evaluation value.(2)From the perspective of "global" pull-grade method of functional data,a "global" pull-grade method based on interval functional data is proposed,and the calculation steps are described from the perspectives of interval maximum functions and midpoint-radius functions.Taking yiwu index as an example,it is concluded that the evaluation result obtained by the "global" pull-grade method based on the interval midpoint-radius function data is more reasonable.Starting from the index dimension,the multivariate interval functional principal component analysis method is used to analyze yiwu index data,and explore the development and change characteristics of different variables.(3)Based on the evaluation function data of yiwu index,the univariate interval functional principal component analysis method based on time-varying distance function is used to analyze it.The results show that this method can further analyze the interval dynamic evaluation function,mine the influencing factors of prosperity degree through the variance contribution rate of different principal components,and can effectively identify the fluctuation of different categories of commodities.Then,taking the prosperity index data in 2011 as an example,draw phase plans for different types of original fitting data to analyze the changes of market commodities.In summary,simplifying the functional data can obtain more information and provide more possibilities for subsequent prediction;The principal component analysis of interval function data is used to extract the characteristics of evaluation function and mine the deep-seated information of evaluation problems;The evaluation function is further analyzed by phase plan and other methods,and the development trend of the evaluation object is given from different angles.
