Due to the complexity and uncertainty of things,as well as the limitation of human cognition,in some evaluation processes,it is difficult to use specific values to measure the performance of the evaluated object under a certain criterion,so qualitative language variables are often used to describe it.However,in real life,it is difficult for people to give a positive evaluation information,so intuitionistic fuzzy sets emerge,which can describe the hesitation degree of the evaluator well through the degree of membership and non-membership.Based on the fuzziness of expression,this paper combines language variables with intuitionistic fuzzy sets to form intuitionistic linguistic fuzzy sets.In the past,when dealing with language terms,the language evaluation values given by multiple evaluators often do not match any initial value of language terms after aggregation.Therefore,this paper introduces 2-tuple linguistic variables to expand intuitionistic linguistic fuzziness set into intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic fuzziness set.Finally,with the increasing complexity of the evaluated subjects,the evaluation problem is slowly changing from small-scale group evaluation to complex large-scale group evaluation,and there are inevitably social links and mutual influences among the evaluation members,in order to deal with the complex social links between the evaluation members,social network analysis technology is gradually applied to the comprehensive evaluation system of this paper.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)The intuitionistic linguistic weighted logarithmic average distance(ILWLAD)operator and the intuitionistic linguistic ordered weighted logarithmic average distance(ILOWLAD)operator are projected by combining the intuitionistic linguistic fuzzy number with weighted logarithmic and the ordered weighted logarithmic average methods.Furthermore,to address the defects of ILWLAD and ILOWLAD,we introduce a new intuitionistic linguistic hybrid weighted logarithmic average distance(ILHWLAD)operator.In order to better handle of the data,we introduce 2-tuple linguistic variables and expand the original intuitionistic linguistic integration method into the intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic integration method.(2)The choice of concrete materials and power batteries is a comprehensive evaluation problem.We constructed a set of evaluation criteria system of concrete materials and power batteries consisting of six criteria respectively,using intuitionistic linguistic fuzziness sets and intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic fuzziness sets to describe their hierarchy in six criteria,and put forward a comprehensive evaluation method based on intuitionistic linguistic fuzzy number and intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic fuzzy number,which carries on the application research.(3)In the face of the complexity and uncertainty of large group evaluation,a comprehensive evaluation method based on intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic fuzzy number is proposed by introducing social network.In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of this evaluation method,the evaluation criteria system of power battery proposed in the preceding chapter is used as an example,and the evaluation results before and after the adoption of social network are compared and analyzed.Based on the above research,there are still the following shortcomings in this paper:(1)the form of intuitionistic linguistic fuziness may be too complicated for some experts.(2)This paper assumes that the weight of the edges between nodes in the social network composed of experts is 1,but the degree of closeness of social connections between experts in practice is not consistent.(3)The structure of social networks and evaluation information are not taken into account together when calculating expert weights.This also indicates the future direction of research.
