Formal concept analysis is an effective tool that can support personalized learning.Motivated by several application scenarios of concept lattices in supporting mathematics education, this paper proposes a problem chain design scheme based on concept lattice, and provides an evaluation method for the steadiness of the corresponding learning process.First, the conversion sensitivity is proposed to describe the intensity of the growth of return accumulation on knowledge/skills as the effort on problems is made during the transition, and the continuous conceptual path is introduced to describe the transfer of cognitive states.Secondly,in order to evaluate the stability of the corresponding learning process,an evaluation method on problem efforts,knowledge/skill rewards, and conceptual conversion efficiency is proposed, and data experiments are conducted. Then, the notion of general conceptual path is introduced. On this basis,a problem chain design scheme based on general conceptual path and similarity is proposed. Finally,a method of evaluating the stability of problem sorting strategy is proposed on problem-chains by linear regression analysis.
