Archaeological sites are the remains or relics of the ancients production and living activities,and contain the laws of social life and civilization development of the ancients.The data of archaeological sites are varied in form and contain abundant archaeological information and knowledge.As an important carrier for recording archaeological site information,various archaeological documents and other materials record the detailed information of the site,such as the name of site and its geographic location,historical age,etc,and become an important data source for the analysis and research of archaeological work.With the development of the Internet,the process of archaeological informatization continues to advance,and the number of electronic documents recording archaeological site information is also increasing.And,the phenomenon of information overload and dispersion is serious,there is an urgent need to integrate and utilize information,and dig out the valuable archaeological knowledge.However,the traditional method of manually identifying and acquiring site information from the vast literature has some disadvantages such as time-consuming and low efficiency,and is not suitable for information extraction from a large amount of network text data.In recent years,driven by computers and the Internet,artificial intelligence technology has become increasingly mature,knowledge graph technology has received widespread attention,and information extraction technology combining deep learning and natural language processing has been widely applied in various research fields.Information extraction technology can quickly and automatically identify and obtain target information from a large amount of text data,which improves the efficiency of obtaining text information and provides a new idea and method for information extraction of archaeological site text.The information extraction technology is used to automatically obtain spatio-temporal information of the sites from the archaeological site texts,which lays a foundation for the construction of the archaeological knowledge graph and the association and fusion of archaeological knowledge.The spatio-temporal distribution of archaeological sites is closely related to the natural environment.Under the influence of the natural environment,the spatio-temporal distribution of archaeological sites presents certain spatial distribution characteristics.Based on the spatio-temporal data of archaeological sites,the relationship between spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of archaeological sites and natural environmental factors can be explored and analyzed by GIS spatial analysis method.Focusing on the text data of archaeological sites,this paper has mainly completed the following research contents:(1)The network text data of archaeological sites is obtained,the text content characteristics,time information characteristics,and spatial information characteristics of archaeological sites are analyzed,and the feature extraction rules for archaeological site text information extraction are formulated to provide further guidance for information extraction.(2)Based on the deep learning method,the information extraction of archaeological site texts is realized,including the named entity recognition and entity relationship extraction of archaeological sites,and the screening and statistics of the spatio-temporal information of the sites are completed under the guidance of feature extraction rules.(3)Based on the results of information extraction,this paper analyzes the spatio-temporal characteristics of the national sites from Paleolithic period to the Qing Dynasty from a macro perspective,and explores the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of the sites and the influence of natural environment factors on the site distribution.Based on the constructed deep learning model,this paper extracts the spatio-temporal information of the archaeological site texts,improves the efficiency of obtaining the spatio-temporal data of archaeological texts,realizes the semantic correlation of the spatio-temporal information of archaeological sites,and lays a foundation for the construction of archaeological knowledge graph.This paper analyzes and explores the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of the sites under the influence of natural environmental factors,which is of significance for promoting archaeological research,deepening the understanding of the long history and the value of Chinese civilization,and reflecting the spiritual pursuit of Chinese civilization.And this research is also a attempt for improving the level of archaeological research and innovation ability.
