The water environment in our country are seriously polluted.This experiment selects Linfen City as the scope of the experiment,select six waterways from different areas of the city,water samples were collected in different seasons,seven physical and chemical properties of water were measured.DNA was extracted from water samples and to amplify.The diversity of microorganism was analyzed.To further analyze the correlation between microbial diversity and physicochemical properties.In order to find out the response of its change rule to water quality.Not only it made up for the blank of microbial diversity detection in Linfen City,but also found the correlation between microbial diversity and environmental factors.Can better protect the ecological health of water resources in Linfen City.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:The four seasons of plot pollution showed winter>summer>antumn>spring.Including,the Fenhe River has the worst water quality,???water quality.Next is the Huihe reservoir???water quality.Most of the water in the Qinshuihe River?the Qinhe River and the Quting reservoir are slightly polluted.Give the temple the fountain of the water quality of the best???water quality.The effect of time difference on bacterial community structure was stronger than that of space difference.These six waters are heavily polluted with nitrogen(N)concentrations in all seasons.The CODCrconcentration of all water area in autumn exceeds the standard.Further research is needed.The dominant phyla of the six samples were significantly different under the influence of season.The dominant phyla were Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes,Cyanobacteria,unidentified?Bacteria and Actinobacteria.The average abundance of bacteria in four seasons is as follows:autumn>summer>spring>winter.Seasonal changes had little effect on the bacterial community in Longzici spring.The effect of seasonal difference on bacterial community structure was stronger than that of space difference.The environmental factor T was the main influencing factor,indicating that the bacterial community structure was most seriously affected by seasonal changes.Next the dissolved oxygen(DO)and CODCr,the results indicated that the organic pollutants in water had an effect on the bacterial community structure.Eukaryotes are largely unidentified,its dominant phyla include Streptomyces,Chlorophyta,Diatoms,Chordates,Ascomycetes,Chytriomycetes and Basidiomycetes.The average abundance of eukaryotic microorganisms in four seasons is as follows:autumn>summer>spring>winter.Seasonal changes had little effect on the eukaryotic microorganisms in Longzici spring.The effect of seasonal difference on eukaryotic microorganisms structure was stronger than that of space difference.Environmental factors T,DO,CODCr,NH4+-N,P and N were strongly correlated with the community structure of eukaryotic microorganisms.Environmental factors T,DO,CODCr,NH4+-N,P and N were strongly correlated with the community structure of eukaryotic microorganisms.In addition to the Xinshuihe River and the Qinhe River in spring.The Xinshuihe River?the Qinhe River and the Fenhe River are greatly affected by NH4+-N and N in winter.In spring and autumn,P and CODCrwere significantly affected in the Fenhe River,while the distribution of other eukaryotic microbial communities was mostly affected by DO and T.
