"Myxomycete-like complex" is a kind of magic organism evolved by nature which comprise large group of microorganisms, but till now its real bio-resource of active components is still unknown. It is necessary for us to do phylogenetic research on the species of biodiversity of microorganisms.The research first investigated the bacterial diversity of samples from large "myxomycete-like complex", 35 strains of bacteria and 1 strain of myxobacteria were isolated and the primary bacterial genus-Burkholderiales was clarified by the plate-culturing method and non-culturing method, such as sequencing of bacterial 16S rDNA clone and TRFLP (Terminal Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism). The application of non-culturing method developed the range of the research of bacterial diversity. Later based on the analysis of pri-experiment, 14.48% polysaccharides was found and its function of inhibition on bacteria and plant diseased mildew. Finally EPS from a variational pseudomonas aeruginosa was isolated; it differs from reported antiblastic substance from standard pseudomonas aeruginosa such as pyocyanin, pyoverdin and pyocin. The results indicate that the inhibition functionality may partially result from the polysaccharides contained in themThere are three significant and valuable aspects for development: food additives, pollution-free food, food preservatives concluded by high-concentrated anti-contagion substance; "myxomycete-like complex"has strong life force and the ability to accommodate, the substance inside which could increase the immunity is suitable for health care product's development; self-reproduction can be achieved through the assimilation of organic compound and humus, the pharmaceutic research may use this in the digestive system.
