Heavy quarkonium physics has always been a very active research field in high energy physics.In the published papers,the concave Reggie trajectories are given by the quadratic form of the spinless Salpeter-type equation(QSSE).But in previous papers,QSSE equation was not solved.Using the QSSE equation and N-U method,the theoretical values of heavy quarkonium mass spectra are obtained and the corresponding Reggie trajectories are discussed.In the first part,the research background,purpose and significance of heavy quarkonium are introduced,and the research trends at home and abroad are pointed out.Many physics experts use Schrodinger equation,the spinless Salpeter equation(SSE),Bethe-Salpeter equation(BSE)to discuss the mass spectrum of heavy quarkonium,and have achieved some success,the QSSE equation also gives the concave Reggie trajectory.In this paper,the mass spectra of heavy quarkonium are discussed by QSSE equation,and the main contents of this paper are briefly introduced.The second part is the theoretical basis,which gives the classification of basic particles,quark model and the concept of heavy quarkonium.It also explains the main solution method of heavy quarkonium spectrum and the brief introduction of potential energy model.Finally,it gives the bottomonium and charmonium respectively.The third and fourth parts are the core content.Firstly,the QSSE equation,the Reggie trajectory of heavy quarkonium given by QSSE equation and the derivation of N-U method are introduced in detail.Then,the spin average values of charm and bottom quarkonium are solved by N-U method using QSSE equation,and compared with the experimental values and other theoretical values.The approximate method and QSSE equation are not suitable for charmonium.The heavier the meson,the better it is,and the lighter the meson,the worse it is.According to the calculated theoretical value,it is found that the Reggie trajectory of heavy quarkonium is concave,which is different from that of light meson,and satisfies the relationM2?nr2/3.The fifth part makes a brief summary and Prospect of the whole paper.In this paper,the N-U method is used to solve the QSSE equation with Cornell potential,and the analytical expression of the corresponding eigenvalue is obtained.The Linear potential is treated approximately.The QSSE equation is not suitable for charmonium in this approximation.We can try to solve the QSSE equation numerically to see whether the reason comes from the approximate method by comparison;we can also use the relativistic SSE equation to see whether the reason comes from the QSSE equation itself.In this paper,we only study the spin average of heavy quarkonium.We can add the spin orbit term to the QSSE equation to solve the values of heavy quarkonium states.
