My country's earthquakes have occurred frequently in recent years, especially in western mountainous areas. These regional areas not only account for the majority of earthquakes in the country, but also the scope of their impact and harm can not be estimated.Once a strong earthquake occurs,it will cause huge damage to the villages and towns of local residents. At present,in the process of traditional seismic design thinking, generally only the horizontal seismic effect is considered, and the influence of the rotation component that has greater potential damage to the building is ignored. It can be seen that the ground motion caused by seismic wave propagation to the ground is quite complex from a large number of strong earthquake damage phenomena and theoretical derivation.Because the phase, wave speed and period of the vibration of each point on the ground are different, there are not only three points on the ground. There are three translational components, and three rotational components are generated due to the existence of translation.Whether an earthquake will occur in an area in the future,if it does, then its time and size and source characteristics are uncertain. For the traditional only considering the influence of translational components, the actual records of the current seismic array cannot fully meet the requirements of seismic input in the seismic design of villages and towns. Therefore, according to the setting conditions of earthquake magnitude and epicenter distance obtained from the seismic hazard analysis, synthesize the translational components of ground motion for actual village and town building applications, and provide more reasonable ground motion acceleration for the seismic analysis of village and town buildings, which has certain applications value will provide a useful way for practical applications. At present, the rotation component observation records required in the actual seismic applications of rural buildings are still difficult to capture in actual earthquakes due to insufficient equipment. Therefore,it is very meaningful and valuable to use the elastic theory to calculate the rotational component from the existing translational component as an intermediate transition. Some scholars have done in-depth research on the rotation component, and want to use the elastic wave theory as the calculation basis to obtain the rotation component indirectly from the existing translational component.By analyzing the recorded earthquakes,it can be known that ground motions are extremely complex vibrations. The frequency domain method in the theoretical method uses the elastic half-space theory to calculate the rotational component of ground motion, which is an effective elastic wave theory method. This subject uses typical villages and towns in mountainous areas with frequent seismic activities and relatively complex geological structures as the research site to collect and sort relatively complete historical seismic data in the research area.On this basis, the regional seismicity and regional structure are analyzed, and the seismic risk of the study site is analyzed by PSHA probability method and DSHA determination method. Finally, the equivalent magnitude and equivalent epicenter distance of the site at different risk levels are given.Using this as a set condition to synthesize the translational component of the ground motion, and then obtaining the rotational component.
