The branching ratios of factorization forbidden decaysB?(?c0,?c2,hc)K observed by BABAR and Belle collaborations reach the order of 10-5,which suggests that nonfactorizable contributions to these decays can be sizable. Therefore,it is necessary for theorists to futher explore the nonfactorizable mechanism of these decays. This paper mostly investigated the nonleptonic two-body decays of factorizationforbidden under the perturbative QCD approach based on the kT factorization theorem.First of all,the CP violation and perturbative QCD approach framework were introduced. Then, the decay amplitudes were derived according to perturbative QCD approach. In the end, this paper studied the decay branching ratios and CP asymmetries of nonleptonic twobody decays of B to P-wave charmonium states, the main contents include three parts:First, this paper investigated the branching ratios of B?(?c0,?c2,hc)K,and the obtained results were compared with available experimental data and other predictions. The numerical results demonstrate that the nonfactorizable contributions produce a large branching ratio consistenting with experiments. For example, the obtained branching ratios of the B+??c0K+and B+?hcK+ decays are in agreement with the current data.Second, this paper also investigated the Cabibbo-suppressed decays, such as B?(?c0,?c2,hc)? and Bs?(?c0,?c2,hc)(?)0 decays, which receive less attention from both theory and experiment. And their decay branching ratios reach the order of 10-6,which are in the scope of Belle-II and LHCb experiments.Third, the CP asymmetries were calculated for these decays. As expected, the direct CP asymmetries of these channels are very small due to the suppressed penguin contributions. And this paper also discussed the theoretical uncertainties from the hadronic parameters in the meson wave function, the heavy quark mass and the hard scale, which can give sizable effects on the branching ratios, whereas the CP asymmetries were found to be relatively stable with respect to variations of hadronic parameters. It is vital for exploring the nonfactorizable mechanism to investigate the nonleptonic two-body decays of B meson to P-wave charmonium states. The obtained results will be tested at the future experimental data and compared with numbers from other predictions.Figure thirteen;Table four;Reference sixty...
