At present,all cities in China are in full swing of urbanization construction,urban underground engineering is in large-scale construction,at the same time,the construction scale of rectangular pipe jacking passage is also growing.However,in the process of pipe jacking construction,there are many potential safety risks,and safety risk accidents often occur in the construction,so it is very important to solve the surface settlement problem of rectangular pipe jacking construction.The purpose of this paper is to study the surface settlement control measures of rectangular pipe jacking construction from four aspects of theoretical analysis,scheme formulation,simulation and actual construction,and then summarize the surface settlement control measures of rectangular pipe jacking construction under the conditions of shallow overburden,poor geological conditions and complex pipelines.The results of this paper are as follows.First of all,the paper analyzes the principle of pipe jacking technology and the main construction technology,and sums up the key technology in the process of pipe jacking construction.In view of the law and key points of surface settlement in circular pipe jacking construction,the special stress characteristics and settlement phenomenon of surface settlement in rectangular pipe jacking construction are summarized.Then,taking the rectangular pipe jacking construction of the subway station crossing the street at Yangyuan station of a metro station of a city's rail transit line 5 as the engineering background,combined with the proposed mechanism of soil disturbance and the influence law of surface settlement in the rectangular pipe jacking construction,from the aspects of maintaining the stability of the excavation surface,jacking speed,synchronous grouting The paper puts forward the relevant pre control measures of surface settlement from the aspects of jacking direction and deviation correction and other aspects.Secondly,the rectangular pipe jacking simulation model is established by using ABAQUS software,and the influence of soil bin pressure,friction reducing grouting and soil characteristics on soil deformation is analyzed,so as to optimize the surface settlement pre control measures.Finally,by taking the optimized surface settlement control measures of pipe jacking construction,the surface settlement is limited to the greatest extent in the actual construction process,which verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the surface settlement control measures obtained in the previous paper.At the same time,it also comes to the conclusion that pipe jacking construction has greater safety risks under the conditions of shallow overburden complex geology and surrounding environment,It can provide reference for the study of surface settlement control measures in similar engineering construction.
