The tail of the rotating missile is equipped with airfoil structure to maintain the stability of the air flight;Rotating Marine risers have rigid bulkheads to prevent vortex shedding.In order to study the influence of airfoil structure on the flow field characteristics at the tail of the main structure,the rotating projectile and the rotating Marine riser with baffle can be simplified into the rotating cylinder model with wings.At present,the research focuses on the flow around a single cylinder or a group of cylinders without wings.There are few reports on the flow field around a rotating cylinder with airfoil.In this paper,based on the finite volume method and the overlapping grid technique,the flow field characteristics and hydrodynamic performance of a double cylinder with wings rotating at a uniform speed are analyzed and studied in uniform flow.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:A numerical method for calculating the flow field around a twin-winged cylinder rotating uniformly by itself is developed.A simplified calculation model of two winged cylinders is established.Based on the finite volume method and the overlapping grid technique,a single winged cylinder with different winglengths was numerically simulated,and the grid independence was verified.The validity of the simulation method is verified by comparing with the data of the existing literatures.The numerical simulation of the flow field around a double cylinder with parallel wings is carried out.Parallel double cylindrical physical model is established and the different rotating speed ratio,direction of rotation and wing length ratio condition,the double cylinder rotate at a constant speed itself in a uniform flow to study the flow field around a problem,the increasing rotating speed ratio can inhibit the vortex shedding phenomenon,reverse flow downstream flow vortex shedding inhibition effect is more obvious than such conclusions.The numerical simulation of the flow field around a double cylinder with wings in tandem is carried out.Tandem double cylindrical physical model is established and the different rotating speed ratio,spacing ratio and wing length ratio condition,the double cylinder rotate at a constant speed itself in a uniform flow to study the flow field around a problem,the serial winged double cylinder rotate speed is more hours can inhibit vortex shedding phenomenon,increasing rotating speed ratio,again occurrence rules of vortex street;Vortex shedding can be inhibited by increasing the wing length ratio. |
