Nano materials are the great discovery of science, whose sizes are between 1~100nm. Feynman, the famous American physicist and the Noble Prize winner, said that if we can control the arrangement of materials at a micro scale, the physical characteristic will be enlarged intensively. Many experts and researchers are paying their attention to the special function of nano materials in the field of chemistry, electric, optical and mechanical devices. Therefore, nano materials have become the important component of modern material science and the development and application of nano materials are of significance on the respect to improve the capabilities of reconstructing nature.With the development of self-assemble nano techniques in recent years, a newkind of fabrication methods of nano materials------template synthesis attracts people'sattention. The template method involves using the correlated template as nanoscopic beakers for the synthesis of nanoarrays of the desired materials by chemical or physical method, such as metal, semiconductor, polymer and so on. Lots of papers about the field have been published on Nature and Science. There are many advantages of template membranes: highly monodisperse and porosities, the ability to control the pore size by varying growth conditions. Therefore, people can control the structure of nano materials truely and effectively by template synthesis.In nano-size world, what we are most interested in is to develop sensors and corresponding devices that have the similar size with biological apparatus. When nano particles are used as sensor materials, due to their huge surface area and great surface activity, the novel sensor can realize small volume, high sensitivity, fast response, functional design and selective detection. Therefore, nano sensor can apply to fast detection in the field of disease, food and environment.It's a new kind of research field to apply nano array modified electrode in detecting bioactive molecules in electrochemical analysis. The main work of this paper is focus on one of the most active fields where nano technique combines with electroanalytical chemistry and fabrication novel nano array modified electrodes. On the one hand, the emphasis of this paper is to find out and study the advantages of nano array modified electrode comparing with the conventional and traditional modified electrodes. On the other hand, the emphasis of this paper is to apply these novel nano array modified electrodes in realizing the detection and analysis some biological molecules, which may provide many important analytical methods for the...
