| Advanced weapons and equipment are an important material basis for winning local wars under the conditions of informationization.Drived by the new round of military revolution,the world’s main military powers are strengthening the research on the application of new concept weapons and new technologies.At present,a variety of new concepts and new technologies emerge in endlessly.In order to realize the intensive and efficient development of weapons and equipment,and promote the research of key directions,it is necessary to carry out the research on the current and future development trend of science and technology,so as to provide basis support for leaders’ decision-making and deployment.This paper mainly for a more systematic and comprehensive understanding of the scientific and technological progress in emerging fields,and to provide quantitative data support for the qualitative research of equipment technology system.This research mainly studies the technology of science and technology situation awareness based on complex network and realizes the technology method to explore the level and development status of science and technology architecture.It mainly includes four aspects:Firstly,the framework of science and technology situational awareness based on complex network is proposed.Based on the discussion of science and technology by Kuhn and Bryan,this paper summarizes the structural characteristics and essential laws of science and technology,and on this basis,introduces the concept of situational awareness,clarifies the significance of situational awareness of science and technology,and sorts out its three basic capabilities.Based on the improvement and optimization of the current methods of network analysis of science and technology situation,the framework of science and technology situation awareness and its specific implementation process covering "hot spot" discovery,"domain structure" identification and burst topic awareness are proposed.Secondly,a sort of importance algorithm based on multiple attributes of nodes——TRank algorithm is proposed,which is used to distinguish the research status of different topics,perceive research hotspots and research frontiers.Different importance ranking algorithms,such as degree centrality,betweenness centrality and closeness centrality,have different theoretical bases and emphases,and may produce different conclusions for the same problem.In the keyword co-occurrence network,each keyword represents a research topic,and the importance of the node represents the position of the research topic in the field.In this paper,according to the networking characteristics and proprietary characteristics of keyword co-occurrence network,a comprehensive node importance ranking algorithm adapted to this network is proposed,which is used to discover the distribution of important nodes and perceive research hotspots and research frontiers.Thirdly,based on the Infomap community partitioning algorithm,a network community partitioning method suitable for the characteristics of keyword co-occurrence network structure is proposed.According to Bryan,technology has cluster structure and hierarchical structure.According to this point of view,the division of the keyword network must not only be able to divide the structure of the community,but also be able to analyze its hierarchical structure.The principle of Infomap algorithm provides an algorithm basis for identifying multi-layer community structure,which is suitable for comprehensive analysis of network hierarchical structure and community structure.Therefore,on the basis of this algorithm,according to the characteristics of the keyword network,the adaptive improvement of this algorithm is carried out for the recognition of science and technology "domain" structure.Fourth,based on Kleinberg’s burst model,we propose a perception method of burst theme.According to Kuhn’s theory of paradigm shift and Bryan’s thought of "redomained",the nature of the change of scientific research paradigm and the subversive change of the "domain" structure of technology is the mutation in the internal structure of science and technology.To be specific,the discovery of some new phenomena,new theories or the emergence of new technologies will lead to subversive changes in the research situation.These burst factors have also become the key nodes to study the change law of scientific and technological development.Based on this view,this paper proposes a burst topic sensing method based on Kleinberg burst model,which is used to perceive the development of science and technology.In this paper,a quantitative analysis of the situation of science and technology is carried out by introducing the framework of situational awareness and complex network analysis technology,which makes up for the lack of applicability and practicability of the current quantitative analysis methods in the field of weapons and equipment.At the same time,the improved algorithm also has a certain versatility,and can be used for other similar problems. |
