| With the increasing energy consumption of society,traditional energy can no longer meet the demand.In order to change the current situation of energy shortage in China,in recent years,the state has encouraged and promoted a variety of new energy utilization measures.The wave can enter our sight by virtue of its widely distributed and clean characteristics.In this paper,considering the research status of the sea wave power plant and considering the situation in China’s sea areas,a kind of uninverted planetary wave generator is designed,which not only adopts the principle of resonance,but also innovatively designs the vibration structure of planetary wheels.It not only avoids the direct contact between the energy picking device and the waves,but also increases the number of generators and further improves the utilization of wave energy.Firstly,the background and significance of the research on the sea wave power generation device are introduced,so that readers have a preliminary understanding of the necessity of the research on the sea wave power generation device,and the classification method of the sea wave power generation device is systematically introduced.This paper expounds the power generation principle of different types of sea wave generating device and summarizes its advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,using Solidworks to model the three-dimensional entity,the overall structure of the power generation device is designed,and the unique design of the planetary wheel swing mechanism in the device and the floating ball vibration system designed using the resonance principle are emphasized.The two systems work at the same time.It greatly improves the power generation efficiency of the sea wave power generation device.On the basis of the linear microwave theory and the Furude hypothesis method,the wave force of the vibration system is solved,and the vertical wave force and vertical displacement of the floating ball and the uninverted box body are obtained.Then,using Lagrangian equation,the Lagrangian dynamics equation and dynamics equation based on generalized coordinates are established.The dynamics simulation of the planetary wheel swing system is carried out by using ADAMS.According to the simulation results,the motion laws of the planetary wheel swing system are analyzed and obtained.Finally,the vibration analysis of the floating ball vibration system is carried out.According to the mechanical vibration theory,the floating ball vibration system is modeled equivalent,the mathematical model of the vibration system is established,and the natural frequency and main vibration type of the vibration system are obtained.The stability solution,spring stiffness coefficient,and damping coefficient of the vibration system are obtained,the spatial state equation and transfer function of the system are established,and the transfer function is simulated by MATLAB to obtain the amplitude frequency response curve of the vibration system.The relationship between amplitude and frequency of vibration system can be obtained intuitively through simulation results. |
