| At present,China’s urban construction is gradually from incremental expansion to stock optimization stage,old settlements as the largest amount of stock urban space,its transformation is the only way to optimize the quality of urban space.In July 2019,The Ministry of Housing and Construction,together with the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance,issued the Notice on doing a good job in the renovation of old town community in 2019,and in July 2020 the General Office of the State Council issued the Guidance on comprehensively promoting the renovation of old town community in urban areas,and The 2020 Central Economic Work Conference Made The Promotion of The transformation of old town community(old Settlements)An Important Part of urban construction.Intensive policies illustrate the urgency of the current transformation of old settlements.However,at present,a large number of old settlements to the building fa?ade transformation and road,parking facilities repair-oriented,less attention to the transformation of residential green space.Studies have shown that urban plants,especially arbors,can improve temperature and humidity,keep water and soil,release oxygen and fix nitrogen,and improve urban thermal comfort in many ways.Most of the researches on the microclimate related to the greening rate and the structure of green space are focused on the summer.For hot summer and cold winter zone,the improvement of microclimate in winter settlements is also very important,and this paper takes this as a starting point to study the influence of landscape arbor layout on the microclimate of hot summer and cold winter zone.In this paper,remote sensing image analysis and field survey are used to investigate the architectural layout and green space layout of the old residential quarter in Hefei,it found that the old settlement landscape arbor layout can be roughly divided into laneway type(can be subdivided into point,line),square type(can be subdivided into centralized,enclosure,enclosure centralized,uniform)and other green shapes.Then using SPSS software to cluster the coverage of landscape arbor in old neighborhoods,the number of classifications is set to 3,and a reasonable distance between groups can be obtained,and the clustering center of each group is 30%,40%,and 55%.In order to further study the quantification of unit green quantity,the author uses software simulation to define the green dot,green line and green surface of the green layout.Combined with different tree green coverage,green shape,green quantity,one-to-one corresponding to form a total of 72 kinds of layout.Then,through the setting of climate boundary conditions in summer and winter,the simulation analysis is carried out in ENVI-met software,and the experiment results show that in hot summer and cold winter area,40% of the old residential area landscape arbor green coverage rate is the best,and the roadway layout is point-based,the best layout of the square is centralized.The transformation measures are improved in combination with local wind speed,temperature,PMV distribution map and local summer and winter prevailing wind direction,and the green planting is reduced in the northeast direction of the roadway on a point-by-point basis,and the green planting is formed in the northwest direction by encrypting the arbor to form a tight wind wall.For the square layout to the enclosure,centralized combination on the basis of the enclosure to the southeast corner to leave a ventilation corridor,in the northwest corner to form a wind wall.In the hope that the results of the study will be of reference to the green layout in the transformation of old settlements in Hefei. |
