| Under the background of the increasingly serious problem of pension in China’s cities,the scientific and reasonable site selection in the early stage of the design on pension homes in old urban areas can reduce the difficulty of project design,construction and operation in the later stage,and promote the rational allocation of pension resources.However,the complexity of the old urban pension demand conditions,the diversity of location factors,the subjectivity of location planning methods and other problems lead to the low scientificity and accuracy of the location planning of nursing homes,and to a certain extent lead to the waste of pension resources.Therefore,in order to improve the scientificity of the old city nursing home project location planning as the starting point,the author uses Arc GIS spatial analysis system as the method support to discuss the methods and Strategies of the old city nursing home project location planning.This paper chooses beidasi District of Cangzhou City as the spatial scope of this study.The research methods used in this study mainly include literature analysis,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,Arc GIS spatial analysis and so on.Firstly,the analysis and evaluation model of location planning is established,which includes four criteria,a total of 12 indicators and the importance weight of each criterion and indicator.Based on the analysis and evaluation model of site selection planning,this paper evaluates the site selection suitability of the nursing home project in beidasi District of halal,and puts forward the site selection suggestions of the nursing home project combined with the evaluation results.Finally,the paper summarizes the theories and methods used in the process of Cangzhou Muslim beidasi nursing home project location planning,and puts forward the general principles and Strategies of old city nursing home project location planning from the aspects of current data acquisition,spatial data processing,index system construction,analysis method matching,so as to improve the scientificity of old city location planning in China It provides a meaningful reference. |
