Objective To describe the distribution characteristics of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism in Ningxia,analysis the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and CYP2C19 gene polymorphism,and compare the distribution characteristics of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism in different regions of Chinese healthy Han.Methods From September 2019 to September 2020,a total of 1050 participants were enrolled in our study from 5 regional hospitals in Ningxia.We detected 4 alleles CYP2C19*1,CYP2C19*2,CYP2C19*3 and CYP2C19*17,and the related genotypes of CYP2C19 in the study.Grouping by city,gender,body mass index(BMI),the frequencies of different alleles and genotypes among groups were compared by chi-square test(SPSS17.0).A total of 196 participants in Yinchuan were grouped by Helicobacter pylori infection status.Using chi-square test to compare the frequencies of different alleles and genotypes between two groups.By retrieving Embase,Pubmed,Pubmed,Wan Fang,VIP.,CNKI and other databases,we search articles published before August 2020 on CYP2C19 genetic polymorphisms in healthy Chinese Han participants.The search results were screened and the data extracted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The Stata V15.1 software were used to acquire the combining frequencies of different alleles and the related genotypes.Results1.The CYP2C19*1 and CYP2C19*17 of alleles,the CYP2C19*1/*17 of genotypes and the PM,RM,NM of metabolic phenotypes in different cities of Ningxia were significant differences(P<0.05).Only the distribution of CYP2C19*17 among different cities in Ningxia was statistically different after adjusting for confounding factors(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the distribution of CYP2C19 alleles and genotypes in different genders and different BMI groups in Ningxia(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the distribution of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism between Helicobacter pylori infected and Non-Helicobacter pylori infected group(P>0.05).4.The CYP2C19*3 of alleles,the CYP2C19*2/*3 and CYP2C19*3/*3 of genotypes in healthy participants of Han in Ningxia and China were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The distribution of allele CYP2C19*17 in different cities of Ningxia is different.The mainly CYP2C19 genotype in Ningxia is CYP2C19*1/*2 and the mainly metabolic type is IM.2.Alleles,genotypes and metabolic types of CYP2C19 may not be associated with the susceptibility of Hp.3.Distribution of CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms in different regions in China vary.
