Objective:Ankle sprain is still the highest incidence of motor injury, according to a foreign study data, ankle sprain in the general population between 2002 and 2006 as high as2.15/1000,and experts believe that this data is still far from underestimated,because50% of people do not seek medical treatment because of ankle sprain.Nearly half of ankle sprain occurs in sports,so ankle sprain is the most common sport injury. The incidence of ankle sprain was 34% within five years after the ankle sprain, even more so in basketball Of the horror of 73.Extracorporeal shock wave therapy has many advantages, such as no invasion,no damage to surface tissue, less complications, low risk of treatment, high effective rate of cure, rapid and lasting pain relief, short treatment time and low cost. Its clinical application has been widely recognized in orthopedic, sports medicine, pain and rehabilitation departments. With the deepening of the basic research and clinical research on extracorporeal shock wave therapy, this technology has opened up a wider space for the treatment of orthopedic diseases, and has become an indispensable treatment in this field. Therefore, this experiment is intended to evaluate the effectiveness of shock wave therapy in the treatment of chronic ankle injury from the aspects of pain relief,ankle-posterior foot motor function evaluation, single leg standing static stability evaluation and dynamic stability of leg standing force.Method:The main research subjects of this experiment were teachers, students and staff of Shandong Institute of Sports and Shandong Sports Training Center.35 patients with chronic ankle sprain aged 18-45 met the diagnosis criteria. They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, and the proportion of male and female was matched between the two groups. Most of the participants came to Shandong Sports Hospital, and a few of them were recruited from students from the School of Physical Education.Because the contraindications to electromagnetic shock wave clearly indicate that no treatment can be conducted for the location of the incomplete skeletal adolescent bone scale line, while considering that more than 45 people will have osteoporosis and Problems related to osteoarthritis,so only patients aged 18-45 were selected on the principle of rigor. All participants are required to sign an informed consent form before participating. The project was approved by the Ethics Committee of Shandong College of Sport and with the consent of the subjects and all data were used for research only. Results:VAS visual pain score results: after the first treatment and 4 weeks of treatment, the pain index VAS score of the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly. In the shock wave treatment group, the pain score decreased significantly after intervention and 4 weeks after intervention(p<0.05).In the manual treatment group, the pain index decreased significantly after one intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention, and the intervention was significant than before intervention The decrease(p<0.05)was significant after four weeks of intervention(p<0.05).Results of AOFAS ankle-posterior foot function score: the test results of AOFAS score before and after 4 weeks of shock wave therapy and manual therapy showed significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.05).There were also significant differences between the AOFAS scores after the experiment(p<0.05),and the experimental group was more prominent in the improvement of AOFAS scores.BIODEX stability test scores:Single leg static stability test score: after 4 weeks of treatment, the experimental group and the control group had a significant improvement in the single foot static stability score(p<0.05).After 4 weeks of shock wave therapy and pre-experimental score, the experimental group was paired T test, and there was significant difference(p<0.05).After 4 weeks of manual treatment, there was also a significant difference between the static stability score of single foot in the control group(p<0.05).The results showed that there was significant difference between the shock wave group and the manual treatment group after 4 weeks T test(p<0.05).Shockwave treatment group The improvement of foot static stability score was more significant.Leg dynamic stability test score: the test patient's biped dynamic stability score data can be seen by test analysis. All the patients in the experimental group had significant improvement in the overall score, the moving score to the affected side, and the dynamic stability ability in the direction of forward to affected side and posterior to affected side(p<0.05).Dynamic stability of the treatment group in the whole score, moving to the affected side, forward to the affected side, and posterior to the affected side were also significantly improved(p<0.05).By comparing the two groups,it was found that there was significant difference(p<)between the shock wave group and the manual treatment group in the improvement of the dynamic stability ability of the affected side after the experiment 0.05),the impact wave group scores due to manipulation in the treatment group.Conclusions:1?4 weeks of shock wave treatment reduced patient pain, improved the AOFAS ankle-posterior foot function score, and effectively improved the static stability and dynamic stability of the single foot. Therefore, this experiment believes that shock wave treatment significantly improves the pain and ankle stability of old ankle sprain.2?Shock wave therapy also achieved significant results in pain improvement after a single treatment, therefore, this experiment suggests that shock wave therapy had significant immediate effects on the pain improvement of obsolete ankle sprain.3 ? Shock wave therapy has many advantages of strong operability, efficiency, convenience,so this experiment believes that the increase of shock wave therapy is recommended in the treatment strategy of old ankle sprain.
