Since the reform and opening up,C hina's comprehensive national strength and people's living standards have been continuously improved,and the building construction style has gradually changed.Because of its high efficiency construction spe ed and energy saving and environmental protection ability,prefabricated buildings have attracted people's attention.In the first half of 2016,the State Council put forward,before 2026,China 's prefabricated buildings to account for 30 percent of the new buildings,this shows that our country needs to build thousands of square meters or even hundreds of millions of square meters of prefabricated buildings,since it can be seen that C hina' s housing industry is facing great pressure in the next few years,so we need to change the traditional construction mode,upgrade the traditional construction process,housing industry more standard,promote residential industrialization.However,at present,prefabricated buildings are mainly developed in large cities,and most of them are multi-high-rise buildings,and low-rise prefabricated buildings are relatively few.Based on the reasons of cost,raw material supply and so on,it is facing a great challenge to introduce low-rise prefabricated buildings into rural areas.If we can screen out a set of low-cost and suitable low-rise prefabricated building structure design scheme,adopt conventional prefabricated components,change the layout of rural buildings,and promote the industrialization of rural housing.For t he country to promote the process of urbanization.Based on the analysis of the structural stress system of this paper preliminarily selects the prefabricated housing structure system suitable for rural development,and summarizes the factors that affect the design scheme of low-rise prefabricated building structure(cost,housing performance,environmental impact,technical degree,social benefit,and component weight,etc.)by combining fuzzy mathematical theory with analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the information of low-rise prefabricated building is extracted by combining fuzzy mathematical theory,and the information model is established by BIM technology,which not only optimizes the design scheme to a great extent,but also provides parameterized basis for prefabricated components.Reduce the error rate during component processing.The main elements are as follows:(1)Analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and the applicable scope of the fabricated building structure system(i.e.the fabricated concrete structure system and the fabricated steel structure system)and the enclosure system,and preliminarily selects the design scheme of the fabricated concrete structure and the steel structure: the concrete frame structure and the steel structure,the precast concrete or steel structure for the column beam and the conventional laminated plate for the slab.(2)Based on the fuzzy mathematical theory and the evaluation index system of the design scheme of the low-rise prefabricated building,the degree of closeness between each scheme and the ideal scheme is calculated.The order of closeness from large to small is scheme six(0.683),scheme three(0.598),scheme one(0.381),scheme five(0.345),scheme four(0.276),scheme two(0.219),in which scheme six is the optimal scheme,that is,the combination of various factors,and the cold-formed building is the optimal scheme.For the frame structure system,the autoclaved aerated concrete slab is better than the concrete light strip slab and the precast concrete external wall board.(3)Through BIM technology,building information model is established by Revit software,each component family is refined,the engineering quantity is counted,the rvt file created by the revit is imported into Wanda in IFC format for cost budget.Scheme six(cold-formed thin-walled building)components cost the lowest,the lightest weight.
