| Aviation wire harness plays an important role in the smooth operation of the aircraft as a bridge connecting the components of the aircraft.The traditional way of removing the insulation layer at the wire end can not meet the quality and efficiency requirements of domestic aviation wire end processing.The existing wire harness laser processing equipment has problems such as complex operation,large size and poor applicability.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes the aviation wire as the processing object,through numerical simulation and experimental analysis,obtains the better processing parameter combination,and carries on the structure design and reliability analysis to the small wire harness laser processing equipment.The main research contents include: the laser processing principle of insulation layer is analyzed,the laser type parameters are determined according to the absorption properties of the material,and the feasibility is confirmed by experiments.The process of laser machining insulation layer was numerically simulated by using finite element software,the movement model of laser heat source and the mathematical model of heat conduction were established,and the temperature field distribution of the insulation layer and the influence law of processing parameters on the temperature field were analyzed.The optical system of laser processing with long focal depth and small spot was designed.The imaging quality of the system was evaluated by point array diagram,wave aberration,MTF curve,point spread function and diffraction entry energy.The influence of processing and assembly errors on the image quality of the system was analyzed,and the optimized multi-lens focusing optical system was finally determined.The single-factor test was conducted to explore the influence of laser power,processing speed and processing time on the processing quality.Defocusing test was conducted to verify that the optical system design met the use requirements.Orthogonal test was conducted to analyze the optimal processing parameter combination of wires.Combined with the above research work,the structure design of the laser stripping equipment for the insulation layer at the end of the conductor is carried out.Through analysis and calculation,the component models of the transmission system and power system in each device are determined.The finite element simulation software is used to analyze the main parts and components to determine the high reliability of the equipment in use.The research shows that the design scheme of the wire harness laser processing equipment based on the 405 nm semiconductor laser proposed in this paper has the prospect of engineering application and can realize the high quality and high efficiency processing and removal of the insulation layer of the aviation wire. |
