As a kind of soil obstacle problem,salinization has not only destroyed the ecological environment for a long time,but also seriously restricted the sustainable development of agricultural economy.Jujube as an important economic industry in Xinjiang,the problem of soil salinization has seriously threatened the growth of tree and greatly affected the quality of jujube fruit.Therefore,it was necessary to scientifically repair salinization soil and create a good soil environment for jujube garden.As a relatively new and residue-free soil improvement product,microbial agents can not only increase the abundance of soil microorganisms,optimize soil structure,but also adjust the nutritional environment of plant roots.This article aims to study the effect of microbial agents on the improvement of salinized soil in jujube orchards and their effects on the quality of fruit.Based on the nitrogen-fixing bacteria,phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and potassium-solubilizing bacteria isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Xinjiang jujube garden in the previous period,the antagonistic reaction test between the strains and the screening of the compound bacteria combination were carried out to obtain a combination of bacteria with strong comprehensive ability.In the jujube garden test areas in Wensu county and Yopurga county,apply microbial inoculants to the roots of jujube trees and saline soil.Measure the changes in soil soluble salt ion,salt content,p H,soil nutrients,and jujube quality at different time periods,and comprehensively evaluate and analyze the application effects of different microbial agents.This was of great significance to improving the soil environmental quality of Xinjiang jujube orchards and the healthy development of the jujube industry in Xinjiang.Main conclusions of this research include:(1)For the salinized soil of jujube orchard,the application of microbial agents can effectively reduce the salt content in the soil,change the composition of the soil soluble salt ion,and have a good salt reduction effect.After a comprehensive comparison,it is found that the application effect of the genus T4 among the microbial agents is the best.After 60 days of inoculant application,compared with control T6,soil salt content in the two test areas decreased by 16.33 % and 27.20 %.In Wensu county test areas,chloride ion,sodium ion and potassium ion were the main soluble salt ion that affect the soil salt content.After T4 treatment,the proportion of sodium ion decreases by 6.53 %,the proportion of chloride ion decreases by 8.14 %,and the proportion of potassium ion increases by 15.74 %.In Yopurga county test areas,sulfate ions,sodium ions and calcium ions are the main soluble salt ion that affect the salt content of the soil.After T4 treatment,the proportion of sulfate ions increased by6.45 %,the proportion of sodium ions decreased by 10.93 %,and the proportion of calcium ions increased by 7.50 %.(2)For the saline-alkali soil of jujube garden in different experimental areas,the bacterial strains formed good colonization ability in the rhizosphere soil and promoted the accumulation of soil nutrient content after applying microbial agents.Compared with the control T6,the other treatments could decrease the soil p H value and increase the contents of soil available phosphorus,available potassium,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and organic matter,but the effect of microbial agents in the soil will gradually decrease over time.After comprehensive comparison,it is concluded that the positive impact of T4 treatment in Wensu county is higher than that of other treatments,and the soil fertility is the best,and the positive impact of T1 treatment in Yopurga county is higher than that of other treatments,and the soil fertility is the best.(3)After improving soil fertility of jujube orchard,the quality of all jujube fruits treated with microbial agents are improved to different degrees.According to the ranking of grey correlation scores,in the Wensu County test area,the quality of jujube fruit among the treatment is T3>T4>T1>T2>T5>T6 in order from good to bad.The quality of jujube fruit is the best under the condition of T3 inoculum treatment,which is mainly manifested in higher fruit index,soluble sugar,protein,Vc,and flavonoids.In the Yopurga county test areas,the quality of jujube between treatments was T1>T4>T3>T2>T5>T6 in order from good to bad.The quality of jujube fruit is the best under the condition of T1 inocula treatment,which is mainly manifested by higher edible rate,soluble glycoprotein and Vc.
