Potato black scurf disease and verticillium wilt become more and more serious, resulting in decreased potato yield and quality.Today, chemical control is still the mainstay. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, biological agents have been taken seriously and developed rapidly in the prevention of potato diseases. In this experiment, the control effect of different biological on potato black scurf and verticillium wilt was selected the better products and methods. The change of microorganism quantity, enzyme activity and content of Alkalin.N,Avai.P and Avai.K in potato rhizosphere soil were analyzed, understand the change trend, which provides a theoretical basis for the further application of biological agents to prevent and control the potato black scurf disease and verticillium wilt in the production. The results are as follows:1.The effect of biological agents on the disease of potato black scurf is 20% ~ 70%,and the effect of verticillium wilt is 10% ~ 40%,and the increase is 10% ~ 20%,and the biological agents are mixed with organic manure, and the anti-effect is the best.2.Biological agents(except for Trichoderma harzianum)can increase the number of beneficial microorganisms in soil, such as bacteria, actinomycetes and azotobacters, and reduce the number of fungus.Organic manure provide a material basis for the proagation and colonization of soil microorganisms, which can rapidly increase soil microorganisms.3.Biological agents(except for Trichoderma harzianum)can enhance soil enzyme activity and content of Alkalin.N,Avai.P and Avai.K in potato rhizosphere.Organic manure is the main factor to increase soil catalase activity.4.In potato growth prophase, chemical seed treatment on soil actinomyces quantity, sucrase activity,Alkalin.N and Avai.P content in soil were lower than control, but no significant differences, increased with potato growth.
