As an important part of the earth's atmosphere,the ionosphere plays an important role in the radio communication in the atmosphere space.The most direct way to understand the ionosphere is to master the change law of the relevant parameters in the ionosphere through research and study.Incoherent scattering radar(ISR),as the most powerful ionospheric detection equipment,can detect the changes of plasma characteristic parameters in the ionosphere with a high-precision detection level.This paper studies the theory of incoherent detection,realizes the data processing process from the most original I/Q data received by radar to the characteristic parameters of plasma in the ionosphere,studies the method of extracting the ionosphere parameters by the theoretical formula and the power spectrum of echo signal,combined with the original detection data provided by AMISR radar,The overall architecture of incoherent scattering radar data processing system is established.Based on the inversion theory of parameters of incoherent scattering radar,this paper also studies the technology of inversion of ionospheric parameters by power spectrum method,builds the data inversion model,optimizes the iterative algorithm based on the least square principle,and carries out the relevant performance test on the simulation platform.The main work is as follows:Part 1: Based on the original echo data provided by AMISR radar,according to incoherent scattering theory,power spectrum correlation theory and ionospheric parameter extraction theory,the autocorrelation function(ACF)of the original echo data obtained from the experiment of radar detection of the ionosphere is solved.Then based on the theory of ionospheric parameter extraction,extraction of the ionosphere related parameters,and design the incoherent scattering radar data processing system,and according to the thought of modularization,the main function of the data processing system,set up a single modules,then each function module combination,from a complete data processing system.The accuracy and reliability of the data processing system are verified by completing the processing from the original radar detection data to the visualized ionospheric data.Part 2: Based on the theory of power spectrum and fuzzy function,the power spectrum model is established,and the parallel operation of the code is realized,which greatly reduces the time cost of model establishment in the calculation process.At the same time,based on the parameter extraction process of the power spectrum method and the trust region method based on the nonlinear least square principle,the fitting process of the power spectrum method is studied and optimized.Through the qualitative analysis and quantitative comparison of the inversion results,the application value of the algorithm is proved.
