In the current market,the market environment is becoming more and more uncertain.Not only is there competition between ordinary products,but also the corresponding consumers are increasingly demanding strategies.The era of lack of materials and blind consumption has passed.In addition to considering market demand and The supplier's supply capacity must also be combined with the decision-makers' behavioral preferences.If they are risk-averse decision-makers,their decisions will be more conservative.If they are risk-preferred,their final results will be more affected by market demand fluctuations Big.Therefore,the ultimate goal is to reduce the impact of uncertainty in the supply chain to maximize profits.Under normal circumstances,the market environment has a certain development trend.Historical data over the years can have a greater reference value for the future.Under special circumstances,such as the new coronavirus sweeping the world in 2020,the scope of influence is wide,and the market economy is full of unknowns.And hesitating,it is very necessary to conduct research on material inventory for such emergencies.This article will explore the following two points: First,in general,market supply and demand uncertainty,combined with the behavioral preferences of decision makers,adopts the newsboy model robust optimization method,by taking the interval data robust optimization method,considering multiple suppliers,A three-level supply chain composed of retailers and the general consumer market,establish a newsboy robust optimization supply chain model that considers demand and uncertain supply parameters.Case analysis is used to verify whether the construction model is effective and feasible,and the results are compared with the results of the deterministic model.When the optimal order and maximum profit are studied,the disturbance parameters are closely related to the conservativeness of the decision maker,and the decision maker should be cautious.Examining the market environment and choosing the conservative degree of the parameters,we can get more satisfactory results under different scenarios.Second,in special circumstances,refer to the credibility theory and introduce the fuzzy triangle number to study the inventory problem of emergency supplies.Through case analysis,the value of the order quantity when the total loss is the smallest may not be feasible,and a certain level of service must be achieved.The material requirements during the epidemic period are first of all high efficiency,and secondly,the cost issue is considered.Because the fuzzy number is a rough range,different events have different material requirements.If you want high efficiency and low loss,you must reduce the range of material requirements to better manage the inventory of emergency materials.
