Along with the society, the rapid development of economy, the public demand for morediversified and personalized. In the supply chain, the chain system, any relevant information willbe along the chain passed on, and may be progressive enlargement, a variety of reasons torandom product demand brought great disturbance. Therefore, to understand the needs of thedisturbance occurred on the foundation of the reason, take effective prevention and control needsperturbation measures, not only has theoretical value but also practical significance.In this paper a class of single-stage demand disruption of supply chain optimizationproblem, using the extremum method, analysis of demand on supply chain model of the effect ofperturbation. First in the market demand of uniform distribution of supply chain under theconditions of given the initial model, and then the demand disturbance situation for antidisturbance model, gives the anti-disturbance optimal order quantity, obtain a kind of supplychain optimization decision. Study found that when demand disruption caused by market sizechange is small, the original model can still achieve supply chain coordination, reflects thesupply chain has strong robustness. If the size of the market demand changes after largedisturbance, the initial model does not have the coordination, the planned order quantity willchange, the anti disturbance model can make the supply chain coordination, and can achieve themaximization of supply chain profit.
