Psammophila is a biennial herb belonging to the genus psammophila of Cruciferae. It grows in the sandy land of Central Asia and Mongolia Plateau, and is endemic to China. In order to explore and analyze the toxic effects of phthalic acid on the rhizosphere soil ecology, different concentrations of phthalic acid(0 mmol / L,0.1 mmol / L,10 mmol / L)were used in this experiment,High throughput sequencing technology was used to study the effect of phthalic acid on rhizosphere soil microbial community of psammophila thaliana, and the effect of phthalic acid on soil nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content and soil microbial diversity was analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows:1)Effects of phthalic acid on fungal and bacterial community structure in rhizosphere soil of psammophila thalianaThe species diversity of fungi in the rhizosphere soil of P.thaliana added with phthalic acid was lower than that of the control group. The dominant species of phthalic acid were Ascomycetes,Armillaria,Fusarium oxysporum,Fusarium, endophytic rust, fungi, and Thermomyces turquoise; The dominant species not added were Chaetomium faecalis, sporozoites,Mortierella camarovii,Rhizopus roseus,Rhizoctonia solani, agarics,Umbelliferae and Chaetomium. In the rhizosphere soil bacteria community structure of Pall mustard, the dominant species of bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of phthalic acid two added was lactobacillus, and the richness was the largest. The abundance of other species is below 1%.2)Effects of phthalic acid on soil microbial quantity and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassiumPhthalic acid had different effects on the number of bacteria and fungi in soil: when the concentration of phthalic acid was 0.1 mmol / L,bacteria and fungi showed stress effect, and the number of bacteria and fungi was the highest; The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus were the highest. The concentration was 10 mmol / L The higher the concentration of phthalic acid was,the more obvious the inhibition effect was.The number of bacteria and fungi was the lowest, and the content of nitrogen and phosphorus also decreased.Soil potassium content also showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the change of microbial quantity.3)Effects of phthalic acid on soil microbial functionAt 0.1 mmol / L and 10 mmol / L,the inhibition effects of phthalic acid on Shannon index,Simpson index and Chao1 index were different. At 0.1 mmol / L,the inhibition effect of phthalic acid on soil microbial activity and functional diversity was weak, but the inhibition effect was not obvious; When the concentration of phthalic acid was 10 mmol /L,the microbial activity, abundance and species dominance decreased.
