Research On The Input-Output Efficiency Of Logistics Enterprises And Its Influencing Factors

As a service industry that contributes to the development of enterprises and community life,the status of the logistics industry in the national economy and regional economy has become increasingly stable.In recent years,my country's logistics industry has developed rapidly and has become an important part of supporting economic construction.However,in general,it is necessary to further plan the development steps of the logistics industry and keep up with the pace of the times,so that the level of logistics development can be significantly improved.Promote the upgrading of the industry and improve the operational efficiency of logistics enterprises.With the continuous increase in the revenue and profits of logistics enterprises,there are also certain problems in the operation and management of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to deal with logistics enterprises.The input-output efficiency level is evaluated and analyzed to improve the competitiveness and market share of the enterprise,which is conducive to the transformation and upgrading of the modern integrated logistics enterprise.This article combines case and empirical analysis to study the input-output efficiency of listed logistics companies,and considers YT companies as case objects for in-depth analysis,and clarifies the advantages of data envelopment analysis in the study of corporate efficiency.Based on the DEA principle,the BCC model with variable returns to scale is used to analyze logistics companies in terms of comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency,and scale efficiency.Projection analysis is performed on YT companies to clarify the direction of improvement.At the same time,the logistics companies in different industries and regions are analyzed.Discuss spatial correlation characteristics.Afterwards,a vector autoregressive model is introduced to evaluate the influence of various influencing factors on the input-output efficiency of listed logistics companies.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving the input-output efficiency of listed logistics companies.The research content and main conclusions are as follows:1.Measurement of the input-output efficiency level of listed logistics companies in China:This paper uses the data of the past ten years in China as sample data to construct an inputoutput index system.Based on the data envelopment analysis model,the input-output efficiency of sample logistics companies is measured.A typical analysis of YT companies,one of the research objects,shows that:(1)The development of logistics companies' asset scale is considerable,and the construction of logistics networks can be further promoted to expand their asset scale and make them more competitive than major competitors.Obtain significant advantages;(2)YT's business is developing rapidly,but compared with SF Express and Debon,the growth rate of total profit still has a lot of room for improvement.(3)The company's revenue development ability is weak,and it is necessary to evaluate the potential factors affecting the company's development and adjust the development strategy.(4)The comprehensive inputoutput efficiency level of the 13 companies reached the best level,but the remaining logistics companies did not meet the requirements of the production frontier.The overall input-output efficiency level was at the midstream level among the research companies,and the logistics companies invested The overall development trend of output efficiency is relatively good,but its efficiency value is not very high;resource utilization is not perfect,and the level of technical management is low.2.Analysis of the difference in the spatial distribution of input-output efficiency levels of listed logistics companies in my country: Exploratory data analysis is used to analyze the spatial correlation of the spatial distribution of logistics companies in different industries in the east,middle and west.The analysis results are as follows:(1)Efficiency gaps in different industries Larger,there is an imbalance in development between regions.(2)There are obvious differences in spatial distribution.Most of the overall hot spots of my country's logistics enterprises are distributed in the eastern region,which is easy to form a "strong alliance" situation.(3)Using Geoda software to draw local Moran index scatter plots for 2005,2009,2013 and 2016,the results show that most of the selected sample companies have a significant spatial positive correlation effect in space,and high-level cities are prone to produce surrounding cities.Diffusion effects and receiving radiation effects in neighboring areas.3.Analysis of the influencing factors of the input-output efficiency of my country's listed logistics companies: Using vector autoregressive model to conduct empirical research on the influencing factors of the input-output efficiency of my country's listed logistics companies.The results point out that the gross output value of the area where the logistics company is located has a significant positive impact on the efficiency of the company,most of the time it is positive and significant;the capital turnover rate is generally negative for the company's efficiency;the largest shareholder's shareholding ratio has an impact on the logistics Enterprise efficiency has always maintained a weak positive response;the total assets of the enterprise tends to stabilize after the initial negative response;the asset-liability ratio has a certain degree of negative effect on enterprise efficiency.4.Put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the input and output efficiency of listed logistics enterprises.From a macro perspective,we must ensure orderly supervision,improve the logistics management system,drive collaboratively,encourage regional industrial integration,optimize channels,and improve resource utilization efficiency;from a micro perspective,enterprises should innovate operating methods,reorganize organizational structures,and Strengthen scientific and technological leadership,build smart enterprises,and at the same time innovate products and services,and improve profit levels.
