Research On The Outgoing Audit Of Water Resources Assets Of District And County-level Leaders

The outgoing audit of the natural resources assets of leading cadres is not only a system innovation construction with Chinese characteristics applied to the concept of sustainable development,but also one of the main members of the combination of my country's ecological civilization system.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of my country was held,audit institutions at all levels in our country have successively made active attempts and explorations on the natural resource assets of leading cadres from both the theoretical and practical aspects in accordance with the spirit of the conference and the instructions given.It is of great significance to promote the continuous improvement and improvement of the natural resource asset audit of our country's leading cadres,as well as to enhance the government's ability to supervise.This paper adopts the literature research method and case analysis method,and takes the outgoing audit of water resources assets of the leading cadres of the grassroots government departments as the research topic.Discuss from the following four aspects;one is to discuss the background and significance of carrying out the audit of natural resource assets of leading cadres;the second is to organize and express some related concepts and basic theories;the third is to quote oneself and participate in the T area.The water resources asset outgoing audit project carried out by leading cadres is used as a case in this article,and the audit implementation and results are introduced.The fourth is to analyze the problems in the case and summarize the causes;the fifth is to discuss the audit process Some feasibility suggestions are given for the problems found,in order to lay a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the development of water resources asset audits for leading cadres.
