The 3D geological model is an important tool for describing and expressing underground structures, and it is a reference basis for geologists to study key geological structures.Seismic interpretation data has the characteristics of discontinuity and inconsistency. The traditional modeling process only starts from the perspective of computer graphics. The reconstructed model may have unreasonable structures. The difficulty of structural modeling is the lack of information.Construct a reasonable model that conforms to geological laws and cognition. Therefore, extracting semantic information from the seismic interpretation data model is a key link in 3D geological modeling. The existing semantic description system of geological model focuses on the expression of its geometric form, but ignores the implicit geological interpretation semantics, and fails to explain the complex relationship between key geological structures and structural entities.Aiming at the lack of structural semantics in the existing structural model description system and the unreasonable structure of the three-dimensional geological model under the traditional modeling process, this paper conducts related research on the semantic extraction and characterization of structural geological models, referring to the analysis of structural geological models by geologists In the process of clarifying the purpose, establishing the representation method of the required information, and finally the process of extracting the targeted semantics, the following research results have been obtained:(1)A skirt-like representation model and a spatiotemporal sequence representation model based on face entities are proposed, which are representation methods of geometric semantics and structural semantics, respectively. The skirt-like semantic representation model expresses the topological relationship between entities, uses surface entities as the basis to represent other dimensional entities, and connects entities with adjacency relationships and topological relationships. The temporal and spatial sequence representation model takes common geological structures as the key model, and describes and expresses the structural semantics of the model from two dimensions of time and space.(2)An interstitial semantic extraction method is proposed to extract the geometric semantics of structural geological models.A work area model can be regarded as being split by several inner boundaries. The horizon and fault information provided by the seismic interpretation data constitute the inner boundary of the work area. The initial work area is abstracted into a rectangular block, the horizon and fault planes are inserted in a specific order, and redundant low-level entities are discarded to obtain the topological relationship between geometric entities in various dimensions.(3)A semantic extraction method based on key patterns is proposed to extract the structural semantics of structural geological models. From the perspective of the researcher's interpretation of the geological model, extract typical geological structures, determine their deposition sequence based on the spatial relationship between the horizons, and combine the spatial relationship between horizons and faults, and between horizons and horizons,to conclude that the geological work area may exist The construction event. This article takes two common geological structures: fault structure and unconformity structure as examples to extract their structural relations.
