The stable operation of the transmission network can meet the daily needs of the national economy, industrial and agricultural production and people's lives. It is very important to manage the operation of the transmission network. However, the current single-scale transmission network model cannot meet the needs of different users, and users need to pay attention to the operation of the transmission network from multiple scales. The traditional 3D transmission network model is an important source of 3D GIS modeling. It can provide accurate geometry, semantics and other information. However, the related GIS model does not define these power facilities and cannot accurately express the transmission network information, which leads to the complexity of the mapping process of spatial data model integration. The integration of 3D models and GIS models is one of the current research hotspots of the "smart grid".Based on the construction of the transmission network model, this paper proposes an accurate mapping method of semantic information in the process of mapping the three-dimensional model to the GIS model, and provides basic data and modeling methods for the visualization and spatial analysis of the transmission network. The research content of this paper is as follows:(1)First of all,by taking the spatial entities of the transmission network as the research object, and fully considering the various components that make up the transmission network model, this article clarifies the functions, element composition, semantic information, and spatial relationships between the components of the transmission network from the perspective of transmission network management.(2)Secondly,following the data specifications and the classification standards of transmission network equipment formulated by CityGML researchers, and combining the business requirements of the transmission network, this paper designs and builds a multi-scale spatial data model of the transmission network.(3)After that, this paper designs the GIS spatial data model of the transmission network.According to the multi-scale spatial data model of the transmission network constructed above, the geometry, semantics and appearance of the multi-scale spatial data model of the transmission network in the CityGML model are explored, and then the semantic information extraction and conversion methods in the transmission network model mapping process are studied.(4)Finally,taking the power transmission network in a certain area of Guilin City as the experimental object, the main power facilities of the line are modeled using SketchUp 3D software to realize the integrated visualization application of the 3D model to the GIS model, verifying the practicability and effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.Experimental results show that the method of this research can achieve accurate extraction, conversion and expression of model semantic information.
