Climate change will affect the change of land use,and the change of land use will also affect the change of regional and even global climate. At the same time, changes in land use affect ecological processes, which in turn affect ecosystem services. The value of ecosystem services can quantify the importance of ecosystems to humans in the form of monetization. It can reflect the natural environmental conditions and the utility of ecosystem and ecological process. This paper takes the Lijiang River Basin in Guangxi as the research object, guided by meteorology, land resource science, environmental science, environmental economics and geographic science, etc. It also based on sensing image data of the five phases of the basin in 1998,2003,2008,2013 and 2018,as well as basin meteorological data and socio-economic data from 1980 to 2018.And analyzes the characteristics and driving factors of land use structure change in Lijiang River Basin from 1998 to 2018,and the ecological service value of the study area was estimated by the value equivalent factor per unit area, scientifically and systematically constructs the framework system of ecological service function index in Lijiang River Basin. The main findings are as follows:(1)During 1980-2018,the annual average temperature in Lijiang River basin showed a fluctuating upward trend, with an increasing rate of 0.33?/10 a.On the whole, the average annual precipitation showed a slight upward trend, with an increasing rate of 19.54mm/10 a.(2)The main land use types in Lijiang River Basin are woodland, followed by cultivated land, construction land, water area and unused land.During the study period, the area of woodland, construction land and unused land increased year by year, while the area of cultivated land and water area continued to decrease. In the transfer of different land types, forest land is mainly transformed into construction land and cultivated land;Cultivated land is mainly converted into woodland and construction land;Construction land is mainly transferred from woodland and cultivated land.(3)During 1998 to 2018,the value of ecosystem services in the study area first increased and then decreased, and the value of ecosystem services decreased by about19.55×106RMB.On the one hand, forest land is always in the dominant position, accounting for about 86% in the past years, which is the main part of the ecosystem service value in Lijiang River Basin. On the other hand, the spatial distribution of the overall ecological service value in Lijiang River Basin is quite different, mainly showing a trend of high around and low in the middle. In the past,by 2023 and 2028,the water area and cultivated land area still showed a decreasing trend. The forest land area continued to rise slightly.(4)The impacts of climate change and human activities together lead to changes of the overall ecological benefit of the Lijiang River basin, and the dominant position of human activities in this area is becoming more and more strengthened. At the same time, the higher the degree of land use in the basin, the more fully,it can promote the ecological benefit of food production and raw material production, but also bring about the weakening of water supply capacity. The weak change of land use structure will also cause the ecological benefits of food maintenance, nutrient circulation and so on.
