| As network map services under diverse application scenarios witness rapid development,refined,customized and personalized map design grows to be one of development trends of map design.The effectiveness of map information transmission and the aesthetics of style design make it easy for people to quickly obtain life service information,meeting people’s diverse needs for network map styles.The traditional platforms are not easy to use and they can hardly satisfy customers’needs.Based on the goal-oriented design method,a research on interaction design of map design tool platform is conducted with the main contents and findings as follows:1.A goal-oriented design method and process model of map design tool platform is established,which involves conducting market and user researches,building role-based guidance models,defining actual demands for map design tool platform,developing product framework design and interactive process design schemes,carrying out usability tests on the interactive design and making design optimizations,establishing design evaluation index systems and providing technical support.2.Market and user surveys are conducted to explore the real use targets and through questionnaire survey,depth interview and other research methods,to construct a persona model and ultimately form a user target demand model.the design demand model is extracted in order to derive the overall interaction design principles and strategies of the platform;the design contents of the platform are summarized into ten elements of three layers,namely,information management layer,content editing layer and path optimization layer.The information framework of the platform’s interactive structure is built to design the behavior path of the task operation flow.3.In combination with the GOMS model,the usability test method is adopted to test the design,with a view to verifying the rationality,and coming up with the usability suggestions.For the platform,the visual interface design is conducted and the design specification formulated to ensure the consistency of the visual interface.4.The design index evaluation system of the map design tool platform based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is set up to evaluate the design.The quantitative evaluation method is introduced.Evaluation and verification reveals that the map design tool platform realizes the expected design effects.The above research contents and findings improve the efficiency of the map design tool platform,exhibiting good practical value.The design process model of the map design tool platform proposed here is quite popular,and provides some theoretical guidance on the design practice methods of tool platform products. |
