With the promotion of a series of supporting policies,new energy vehicles have been developing rapidly,but still have a broader market space.Facing the market environment in which customers are paying more attention to shopping experience,the improvement of quick-response ability and enhanced service level will become a part of core competitiveness of traditional manufacturing enterprises.On the other hand,the gradual popularization of new energy vehicles makes the recovery of new energy vehicle batteries become an urgent problem.Therefore,how to build the recycling supply chain in response to the policies of extended manufacturers' responsibility is also worthy of attention.Based on the background of the sales and recycling of new energy vehicle batteries,combined with the provisions of real policies,considering the real market factors such as strategic consumer behavior and demand uncertainty,this paper first constructs the benchmark mix-channel supply chain model,and then respectively constructs the new-energy battery supply chain models of sales and recycling.Using the theories and methods of utility theory,game theory and consumer behavior theory,this paper discusses the output and long-term stability of the models of sales and recycling,studies the influence of demand uncertainty and coordination strategies on the system,and draws more intuitive conclusions by numerical simulation.This paper mainly consists of following contents:(1)For the new-energy battery supply chain for sales,this paper considers market factors such as return,strategic consumer behavior and demand uncertainty.This paper constructs a new-energy battery supply chain model,and uses the backward induction method to solve the Nash equilibrium and the conditions of the equilibrium's existence.In this paper,the quick response strategy is used to coordinate the sales supply chain.The influence of demand uncertainty on the game results and coordination effect of the supply chain is studied.The research shows that the quick response strategy can effectively coordinate the supply chain and make retailers and producers achieve higher profits.Besides,the uncertainty of online demand is the key factor affecting the implementation effect of the quick response strategy.(2)For the new-energy battery recycling supply chain,this paper studies the structure selection of the recycling supply chain based on the policy background of the extended producer responsibility system.This part also considers the consumer's strategic behavior and market demand uncertainty that also exist in the recycling market.In this paper,the Nash equilibria under different supply chain structures are solved.The impact of the ratio between the recovery costs of the manufacturer and the third party on the profits is also analyzed.The classic revenue sharing contract is used to coordinate the mix-channel supply chain.The research shows that under the mode of mix-channel recycling,manufacturers will get higher profits compared to that under the mode of single channel recycling.It is also found that revenue sharing contract can effectively coordinate the supply chain,and benefits both of the retailer and the manufacturer.(3)This paper respectively establishes long-term repeated game models based on the one-shot games of the sales and recycling supply chains,and analyzes the complex characteristics of the systems in the repeated games.In the long-term games,adjusting decision variables too fast would make the system fall into chaos.Besides,the use of delayed feedback control method can control the chaotic system effectively.
