Jacket platform plays an important role in oil and gas production.Under harsh marine environment,there will be corrosion and crack in the structure,which reduces structural strength of the platform and poses a threat to oil and gas production.With a jacket platform in Bohai sea as a research subject,a jacket platform health monitoring and safety evaluation system is proposed in this paper to ensure safe production.In order to determine the most dangerous position of the platform and select a proper position for stress monitoring,FEA method is used to analyze the stress of the jacket platform according to the environment conditions specified in API standard.It can be concluded from FEA results that the dangerous position is the connection position of leg of the jacket platform and soil.Considering the difficulty to install sensor,the connection position of leg and upper chunk is selected as stress monitor position.In order to evaluate the safety of the jacket platform,a jacket platform safety evaluation model composed of safety evaluation grade model,safety prediction model and stress calculation model is established.The safety evaluation grade model is built based on API standard to evaluation safety grade of the platform.To build the stress prediction model and the stress calculation model,a data set is established by analyzing the stress of the platform in 1728 different working condition.The safety status of the platform under harsh environment can reflect the structure strength of the platform.The safety prediction model is proposed to predict the safety status of the platform under harsh environment.By comparing different regression algorithms,GBoost algorithm is selected to build the safety prediction model.By fitting the data set,the stress calculation model is built to calculate the stress at the most dangerous position of the jacket platform.A jacket platform health monitoring system composed of data acquisition system and remote data access system is developed.The data acquisition system which can collect,process and store the stress data from the monitoring system is developed based on QT framework.The remote data access system which sends data of the platform to user through the Internet and displays it visually in user's browser is developed based on Django framework.
