Under the background of the current expansion of China's refined oil sales market and reform and opening up,a number of entrants,represented by CNOOC Hebei Marketing Co.,Ltd.,have emerged in the refined oil market of Hebei Province,while market incumbents,represented by CNPC and CPCC have systematically studied the competitive game between incumbents and entrants as the original market pattern has been broken.Studying the game behavior of the market will help to realize the optimal allocation of resources.Game theory is an important methodology to study market game.There are few literatures on game strategy of refined oil sales market using relevant methods in China.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to systematically analyze the market entry problem of CNOOC Hebei Marketing Co.,Ltd.and obtain the optimal game strategy by using the method of game theory.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of the research,analyses the market environment and characteristics of CNOOC Hebei Marketing Co.,Ltd.,analyses the comparative advantages of market incumbents and market entrants,establishes the corresponding game model,and obtains the conclusion after game equilibrium.Laterally,this paper divides the process of game into two stages: entry time and post-entry game.Horizontally,the behavior of the entrants,incumbents and the government is studied on the basis of the main players of the game.Through the research,the optimal game strategy of CNOOC Hebei Marketing Co.,Ltd.was obtained,and the suggestions for the government's supervision behavior were provided.
