Research On The Effective Evaluation Of The Deep Integration Of Sci-tech And Finance In Shaanxi Province

In 2019,the investment scale and product added value of key national high-tech industries in Shaanxi Province increased by 13.1%year-on-year,and the sales scale and operating income of high-tech industries maintained a considerable growth rate.But it has to be said that there is still a lot of room for improvement in the deep integration of technology and finance in Shaanxi Province.How to effectively use the promoting role of high-tech and financial integration in the technology industry and reduce the economic growth gap between Shaanxi Province and advanced regions such as Beijing and Tianjin will undoubtedly become a very important research topic.Taking this as a research opportunity,this article comprehensively analyzes the development status of Shaanxi's emerging industries' technology and finance integration from the strategic perspective of improving technology finance input and output benefits,and uses the CCR and BCC models in the DEA data envelopment method to conduct empirical research.,And finally put forward the optimization ideas of the province's science and technology financial service system accordingly.This article first analyzes the current integration of science and technology and finance in Shaanxi Province in recent years.The research results show that the degree of integration between education bases and enterprises in our province is low,which affects the output of scientific and technological achievements;there are defects in the input-output process and the development is unbalanced.Secondly,using the DEA model,we empirically analyzed the efficiency values of financial input and technological output of 25 provinces and cities across the country from 2018 to 2019,and focused on comparative analysis of the input and output of Shaanxi Province during the 11 years from 2008 to 2019.The results show that through horizontal analysis and comparison of national data,the level of technological output of Shaanxi Province during the 11 years from 2008 to 2019.The results show that through horizontal analysis and comparison of national data,the level of technological innovation and integration in Shaanxi Province in 2019 is at a high level,achieving effective integration;but vertical comparison,there have also been low scale and efficiency in the 11 years.It also summarizes some of the problems that Shaanxi Province has encountered in the process of promoting the integration of technology and finance.The specific manifestations are as follows:the scale of financing is medium and low;R&D achievements and experience are rich,but the conversion rate and utilization capacity of scientific and technological achievements are not high.The ability of technology companies to open up the market is also very poor.Finally,corresponding policy measures are proposed to help local governments better strengthen financial support and policy guidance for technology-based enterprises,and ultimately improve the input and output efficiency of technology finance in Shaanxi Province,and promote the deep integration of technology and finance in the province.
