Multi-Criteria Decision Model Considering The Relevance Of Indicators And Applied Research

In the complex decision environment,with the aid of multi-criteria decision methods,we can evaluate many decision problems.However,with the continuous development of the world,the decision problems also become more and more complex.Among the many factors that affect decision-making results,the method of handling of the relevance of indicators has been received much attention.From now on the traditional multi-criteria decision model can not describe the decision-making situation of criterion association in reality.Therefore,the research of multi-criteria decision model considering the relevance of indicators has also become the focus of research in the field of decision-making.This paper conducts research on the multi-criteria decision-making model of index correlation.By analyzing the impact of index correlation on the design of index system,criterion values,criterion weights and decision results,the improving of traditional multi-criteria decision model is selected as the research focus of this paper.The study will be applied to assess the realistic decision-making problems such as quality assessment under the background of automobile recall.Based on this,the research results of this paper include:(1)A more comprehensive description of the existing relationship between criterias,and further detailed analysis of the impact of association criteria on various aspects of multi-criteria decision making are given.Based on this,the paper studies how to use fuzzy measures to characterize the redundancy,complementarity and independence between criteria and their impact on decision-making.compared with other association criterion representation methods,this method can effectively describe the type and degree of criterion association.(2)This paper mainly studies the decision-making processing for index correlation,and focuses on analyzing and redesigning the criterion-based decision-making model.Based on the application of fuzzy measures and fuzzy integrals,this paper accurately describes the correlation between decision indicators,and integrates the traditional relationship-based characterization method based on fuzzy measures and fuzzy integrals into the traditional VIKOR method to construct a new correlated multi-criteria decision model and ueses the new model to evaluate the problems.(3)Based on the car recall cases,the paper analyzes the quality of the car from four perspectives of reliability,maintainability,testability,and safety,and builds a quality evaluation index system for car recall.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the correlation of ten indicators in the constructed indicator system,the related multi-criteria decision-making method proposed in this paper is used to evaluate automobile quality.
