Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets are widely used, and can be combined with multi-criteria decision-making in industries and fields such as transportation, commerce, medical care, and education.Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets are designed to solve complex decision-making information. At the same time,in the evaluation process of decision-making experts, the decision-making process is uncertain and fuzzy due to the limitations of human cognition.Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set is an important method in fuzzy set theory. The degree of membership and non-membership can be used to express the fuzziness and uncertainty of decision-making.The intervalvalued intuitionistic fuzzy set theory can be used to establish a more reasonable decision-making model and use it in the decision-making problem of an automobile company's further development plan. The content of this paper is mainly divided into the following three aspects:Firstly, the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are analyzed and researched, and the best measure method of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets is constructed.By comparing the existing information entropy measure and knowledge measure,it shows that knowledge measure has more advantages than information entropy in describing the fuzziness of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Then, each knowledge measure is compared and analyzed, and then the best method for measuring of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets is obtained. It is compared with other existing measurement methods to highlight the rationality and effectiveness of the knowledge measurement method used in this paper.Secondly, for the multi-criteria decision-making problem with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information, two multi-criteria decision-making models based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information are proposed. One is based on the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)model,an improved distance measurement method is proposed to determine the distance between the positive and negative ideal solutions;the other is to use the accuracy function theory to build a decision-making model, study and analyze the deficiencies of the existing score or accuracy function, and explain the superiority and rationality of the new accuracy function, the weighted average operator of membership degree, nonmembership degree and hesitation degree is comprehensively considered to obtain the comprehensive value of each alternative, and finally use the improved accuracy function to select the best alternative. Finally,by studying the decision-making problem of an automobile company's further development plan, the decision-making problem is summarized as a multicriteria alternative selection optimization problem.Using the improved Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)and the improved accuracy function model,a reasonable decision model can be used in the decision-making of the further development plan of this model project, and the maximum economic benefit can be obtained in the shortest time.At the same time, the improved decision-making model is also studied to verify the feasibility and effectiveness.
