In the long run, this mode is too diseconomy and uncertainty to deal with more larger scale disease.So it is a good solution that if we could combined with GIS and community health information. This solution could relieve stress based on a future-orientated, self-adapting disease control and prevention system.Building dynamic and balanced disease control and prevention network. It is better to get a balance between resources and features. In order to implement these features, we should define feature unit in network properly and deploy nessary hardware devices.Building GIS information platform with abundant in content, this platform can deal with business data process and trend analysis and data storage.Collecting epidemic disease data, basic information about public health emergency, pathogene pollution situation and others.Collecting, processing, providing for emergency preplan based on emergency report data. Grasp the rules of key epidemic disease by IT, Network and BI.In a word, community health information system based on GIS has a purpose that make the public health system more perfect, apply advanced IT and logos on prevention and control of epidemic disease, enhance ability of dealting with public health emergency, provide for scientific basis to disease control and prevention institution and other concerning institution.
