With the improvement of the railway industry in China's rapid development and the speed of the train,long seamless rail line has been widely used,track quality directly affect the safety of railway transportation,so long seamless rail line for real-time monitoring to ensure the safety of railway transportation has important significance.In this paper,the system is optimized based on the ultrasonic broken rail detection system,which solves the problem of signal detection algorithm,communication blind area and receiver power consumption.According to the signal detection problem,this paper analysis the envelope detection and frequency domain algorithm combining,in filtering the signal,calculate the received signal envelope signal,peak interval,characteristic frequency parameters,realize accurate recognition of signal;according to the communication blind spot,proposed the communication mode of GPRS communication and wireless or wired communication the combination of each node in the system with GPRS communication as the main communication mode,when the monitoring nodes are distributed in the mountain tunnel or GPRS signal blind area,each node uses CAN bus or data transmission module to realize the data communication in the relay communication system receiver;for the problem of high power consumption,the receiving end of the program processing algorithm for low power optimization design,according to the characteristics of the received signal,the working condition of the system is divided into data receiving stage and idle phase 2 A state,in the effective data receiving stage,open system A/D,completion of data collection to determine the effective signal,the system enters the idle phase,in the closed system A/D sampling,goals to reduce the power consumption of the system.Finally completed the debugging of the software and hardware of the system.Experimental results show that the optimized system receiving end of the signal detection algorithm for ultrasonic signal recognition accuracy rate reached 100%,the signal amplitude error control in less than 10mV.And the system receiving end power consumption is reduced by 17%.The optimization design of ultrasonic fault detection system is of reference value to improve the stability and reliability of the system.
