Cyanine dyes are widely used in many fields such as dye science,pharmacology and medicine due to their excellent properties such as high quantum yield,large molar extinction coefficient,many adjustable active sites and adjustable wavelength range.Currently,cyanine dyes have gradually become one of the research hotspots in the field of life sciences,including biological research such as cell imaging,tumor treatment,and protein detection.Therefore,it is of great significance to use or modify the cyanine dye matrix to obtain better biological application effects.This thesis mainly includes the following two aspects of research:(1)Chemotherapy is currently one of the main methods for the treatment of malignant tumors,but it has disadvantages such as poor selectivity,limited efficacy,and serious adverse reactions.Compared with single treatments that may lead to recurrence and drug resistance,combining chemotherapy with other treatments can have a better inhibitory effect on tumors.Using liposomes as a drug delivery system,the cyanine dye used as a photosensitizer and the chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin are encapsulated into nanoparticles to form a nano-platform L@CY@DOX that can be used in the combined treatment of photodynamic and chemotherapy.The photodynamic effect of photosensitizer and the dual effect of chemotherapeutic drugs achieve the inhibitory effect on tumors.In vivo studies have shown that,due to the tumor EPR effect,liposomal nanoparticles can enter the tumor.Under light conditions,photodynamic and chemotherapeutic drugs act simultaneously,which has a good inhibitory effect on tumors.This simple and effective liposome platform can achieve a variety of synergistic anti-tumor effects and has clinical application potential.(2)Sulfur dioxide,as a well-known toxic air pollutant,causes great harm to the human body,including respiratory reactions,allergic reactions,cancer,nervous system diseases and cardiovascular diseases.When SO2 is inhaled into the human body through the respiratory tract,it is easily hydrated to form hydrogen sulfate(HSO3-)ions.Based on this report,a new type of fluorescent probe Cy-a for the detection of SO2 derivatives is reported.This probe Cy-a can successfully apply to the ratio monitoring SO2 which may provide an effective method for monitoring SO2.
