With the rapid development of my country's rope and netting industry,the construction of an automated and informatized production system has become a key link in the transformation of enterprises.The production of underwater interception nets has to go through several major processes such as merging,braid,weaving,and assembly.As smart rope net equipment,it is used in marine defense systems such as island and reef underwater defense,anti-frogman,anti-submarine,and nuclear power plants.Due to the diversity of deployment environments,the materials,sizes,and performance of underwater interception nets are different,and they have the production characteristics of multiple varieties,variable batches,and complex production processes.Complex structural parameters and production process parameters pose serious challenges to production management.The current production management method of manual business process transfer and production order issuing lacks a unified business processing platform and production control data foundation,and it is difficult to manage the increasingly complex product process structure and workshop production tasks,and the product quality is uneven.Therefore,research on the underwater interception net manufacturing Io T system,sort out business processes,improve workshop Io T facilities,and mine production data,so as to build an order-driven,data-supported,and unobstructed information integration platform for manufacturing enterprises,which will help achieve high efficiency.The underwater interception net business and the optimization of production process processing flow and product process defects are of great significance.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The product composition and manufacturing business process of underwater interception nets are studied,and the basic data environment and information flow model of underwater interception net production enterprises are constructed with product BOM as the main line.Proposed the comprehensive utilization of automation technology,Internet of Things technology and data mining technology,with the core of key manufacturing equipment such as braid machines and net weaving machines,and organically promote and integrate the industrialization of underwater interception net manufacturing enterprises based on manufacturing Io T and informatization.(2)Analyze the overview of each element in the workshop,take the production bottleneck of the rope and net enterprise-the manufacturing of the rope braid process as the research object,design the stepless speed regulation scheme of the braiding machine with constant Er/?1 frequency conversion speed control and closed loop feedback control,and realize the stretching traction Synchronous control of the electronic gears of the main movement of the shaft and the spindle disc winding greatly reduces the tedious work of manually replacing mechanical gears to achieve different pitch processes.The communication interface of the modified controller integrates fieldbuses such as RS485 and Modbus,builds a bus network of production equipment in the workshop to realize cluster control,designs the layout of dynamic elements in the workshop based on RFID,and realizes real-time material positioning based on TDOA distance measurement.The Ethernet gateway integrates various heterogeneous networks in the workshop,establishes an overall perception network of workshop data,and obtains effective production data through the expression of production events and various middleware,thereby establishing a real-time monitoring system for the workshop manufacturing process to provide realtime and effective data for the information system Provide,realize the remote communication and collaborative work between the business layer and the executive layer.(3)On the basis of real-time collection of production process monitoring data,in order to optimize the process parameters,a data mining method based on the improved Apriori algorithm for net rope braid process defects is proposed.The algorithm introduces the matrix idea to express the data,which greatly reduces the IO pressure of the algorithm.And generate the upper triangular matrix to immediately obtain frequent-2 itemsets,avoiding the defect of high memory pressure in the early calculation of the matrix algorithm,and adding two properties based on the characteristics of the cause-effect mining mode for pruning meaningless candidate sets,and in the calculation process Parallel computing is realized through matrix partitioning.In the process of generating association rules,the concept of lift is introduced to prune negative association rules.The above improvements have effectively improved the efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm.The calculation is carried out through the calculation example of the defect data of the net rope braid process,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified..(4)Based on the manufacturing workshop perception network and real-time monitoring system,combined with the information model of the underwater interception network manufacturing Io T system,design the overall structure and functional modules of the system,and develop based on the.NET platform,SQL Server database,communication technology,industrial control technology,etc.Completed the application software for underwater interception net business and production management.Using an interception net manufacturing company as a verification platform has effectively improved the production efficiency and product quality of underwater interception net products,shortened the process development cycle,and is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of underwater interception net manufacturing enterprises.
