Cloud manufacturing is a new type of intelligent manufacturing mode that is service-oriented,efficient and low consumption.It utilizes big data and Internet technology to virtualize various real resources and then can be uniformly deployed on the cloud manufacturing platform to meet the diversified needs of customers.This paper focused on the allocation of collaborative manufacturing resources for product customization in the cloud manufacturing environment.In this article,through analysis of cloud manufacturing,product customization,scholars both at home and abroad and the research status of collaborative manufacturing as well as the allocation of resources,summarized the current scholars in the study of cloud manufacturing environment in the process of collaborative manufacturing resources optimization configuration of deficiencies,so as to determine the research direction,this paper was focused on the application of cloud manufacturing system,explore the cloud manufacturing environment product customization collaborative manufacturing resource allocation problems.On this basis,this paper focused on analyzing the characteristics of resource allocation in cloud manufacturing environment,and pointed out that the essence of resource allocation in cloud manufacturing environment is the allocation of offline resources.According to this characteristic,the three main bodies of resource allocation in the cloud manufacturing environment were combined into consideration,and the cloud manufacturing service platform operator and collaborative enterprise were called cloud manufacturing service providers,and the service quality in the product customization collaborative manufacturing resource allocation process in the cloud manufacturing environment was examined.Collaborative manufacturing resources based on cloud manufacture environment configuration of the two subjects: manufacture demand and cloud service providers,according to the overall appeal of the subject in the whole process of the allocation of resources,the optimization goal of two main body was determined respectively,manufacture high economic benefits for enterprises and cloud service provider service high quality,so as to build the bi-level programming model.According to the two-layer programming model,taking the customized production of a fan blade as an example,the effectiveness of the model was verified by numerical calculation.The research results realized the optimal allocation of resources in the cloudmanufacturing environment,and also provided a referential method for future scholars to study the matching of manufacturing resources in the cloud environment.
