The CP violation is important for understanding the asymmetry of matter and antimatter in the universe. The Λ_b~0 baryon decay process is an ideal way to study the CP violation of baryon.During the weak decay process of Λ_b~0,there are many intermediate excited state particles, which contribute greatly to the CP violation of Λ_b~0.The asymptotic freedom and color confinement characteristics of Quantum Chromodynamics(QCD) make it necessary to use non-perturbation method to deal with hadron problems in low energy region. The light cone sum rules developed from QCD sum rules has great advantages in solving hadron parameter problems based on QCD first principle. In this paper,we calculate the form factors of Λ_b~0 to proton and excited nucleon N~*(1535) processes based on the theory of light cone sum rules and considering four different light cone distribution amplitude models of Λ_b~0.It is found that the form factor obviously depends on the selection of the distribution amplitude model of Λ_b~0.At the same time, combined with the experimental data of Λ_b~0→pπ~-,we select the appropriate Λ_b~0 light cone distribution amplitude model, and give the theoretical constraint of Λ_b~0→N~*(1535) process form factor. It can provide important reference for further experimental test.
