With the continuous development of economic industries,water resources act on major function as an important basic resource.At the moment,my country has problems such as water body pollution and unbalanced distribution of water resources,which have seriously affected the sustainable growth of the economy community.It is clamant to quantitatively study the relationship between hydrological environment and economic activities.The limit of resource depletion to economic development and the ecological contaminate caused by the high-intensity industrialization model have attracted widespread attention from relevant departments.With further the application of the concept of sustainable development,how to link the current accounting methods with the basis of water conservancy statistics,research and create a suitable water resources accounting framework system to settle the matter of sustainable growth of water resources has grown a pressing assignment currently.This not only helps us to understand the relevant information between water resources and economic activities,but also provides experience for the country's comprehensive construction of green national economic accounting.This paper selects Hebei Province as the research target to discuss the relationship between the development of various departments and the level of water consumption.According to relevant statistics and survey data,a table of the supply and use of water resources in Hebei Province in 2011 was compiled,and then the prepared table was linked with the input-output model to establish a water input-output model.Compute various water use coefficients through the water resource input-output model,and then carry out the evaluation of the water use efficiency of various departments in Hebei Province with reference to the criterions for water efficiency assessment,and analyze the water use conditions of various production sections in Hebei Province and the impact of water use levels on economic branch.So as to explore the correlation effect between various departments.Through four water use indicators,the water use level of various industrial departments in Hebei Province was analyzed and evaluated.By calculating 4 water consumption indicators,analyzing and evaluating the water consumption level of various industrial sectors in Hebei Province,the study found that only the direct water use coefficient was used to analyze the water use of industrial departments.The comparison is one-sided;based on the complete water use coefficient,you can fully grasp the characteristics of each department's water use;the water multiplier can reflect the effect of industrial segment growth on the national economy's water use,and is very important for the effective governance of water resources.From the aspect of water use,for those sections that are important to Hebei Province in the process of economic growth,importance should be attached to prevent them from becoming high water use departments,and the development of the departments is also restricted to a certain extent.Using the input-output model to study the water depletion between different trades and the consumption in manufacture activities can reflect the water structure of the regional economy and the availability of water resources by various sections,and fix the relationship between the economic growth of various trades and water resources.The relationship is very important for reducing water resources depletion and contamination and proposing water-saving countermeasures.
